    Carb cycling vs. Keto

    I was wondering if anyone has tried Keto and carb cycling, and which diet rendered fat loss the quickest?

    Iíve done Keto a few times. Carb cycling is good to maintain size and have that glucose ready to push your work outs otherwise. Keto is more for a cut ime, I always feel like I have low energy until a couple weeks in when you become fat adapted. Otherwise do not try to lift on keto it will make you depressed seriously.

    Carb cycle to gain and keto to lose weight thatís not law but thatís my bodyís experience.

    You're looking at it wrong.

    Cutting is about losing fat while maintaining as much lean tissue as possible. If you're losing lean tissue, the amount of fat you lose is not as relevant.

    Think in terms of which will produce the best results. Answer? Either, depending on the person.

    You'll have advocates for both but, it boils down to what works best for yourself.
