Quarantine Blast Log ---2nd Wave--- *DUTCH FUELED*

Hey dudes, I decided to make a new log now that I'm no longer cruising and maintaining.

As of April 27th I'm now running 250mg of Dutch Test C and 400mg of Dutch EQ 400. 1/2cc of each pinned Monday and Thursday.

I plan to add in 150mg of Dutch Tren E at around week 6. This will be my first tren cycle so I'm starting very modest with the dosage. I'll also likely lower the EQ to 200mg at that point to help modulate blood pressure issues until I can get my hands on some ramipril or find a holistic treatment that works.

My job has me walking alot with a moderate amount of manual labor in a hospital, so I formulated a routine that is custom tailored to suit my work schedule and demands.

    Sun: Chest and Biceps
    Mon: off
    Tue: Back
    Wed: off
    Thur: Delts and Triceps
    Fri: Legs
    Sat: off

For me, putting legs on Friday is a MUST due to all the walking I do Mon-Fri at work. They'll be decently recovered by Monday. I once worked legs the day before work and I suffered for two days it made work suck ass. Lol

Tonight (Wednesday, normally on Tuesday) I started with back:

    Chins
    BW x 8 for 3 sets

    One Arm DB Row
    65 x 10
    75 x 8
85 x 8 (left several in the tank)

Bent Over BB Row (overhand, squeeze traps)
    95 x 12
    145 x 10
145 x 10 (left several in the tank)

    Bent Over Shoulder Raises
    10 x 20
    20 x 15
    20 x 15

Took about an hour and felt fucking great!

    Friday Leg Day

    Squats
    BW x 10
    135 x 5
    205 x 3
    255 x 7 (PR)

    RDL
    95 x 10
    115 x 10
    135 x 10

    Static DB Lunges
    BW x 12
    25 x 12

The volume is low I know, I'm still working on building stamina for more leg volume as I used to never train legs.

Yeah exactly bro. I've used a little Tren A and Mtren before and felt pretty mellow on it, but I know that's not the same as running a cycle with it. I have a little caber too just in case.

Alright guys Tuesday's Back Day - sticking with the plan!

    Chins
    Mediumgrip x 8
    Closegrip x 8
    Medium x 4 (slow negatives)
    Close x 4 (slow neg)

    One Arm DB Rows
    55 x 10
    65 x 10
    75 x 10
    85 x 10

    Bent Over Barbell Rows
    115 x 12
    165 x 10 (felt heavy so I stopped here)

    Rear Delt Raises
    10 x 20
    20 x 20
    25 x 15

This is the most I've ever split up bodyparts and now I see what all the hype is about. My body is taking on a better look and I feel good energetically from being so active.

Great layout there. I am looking forward to seeing your gains. It would be cool if you could post up your blood pressure and how it changes, etc.

Thanks brother! I do have a blood pressure cuff and it's always pretty high but I haven't taken it resting, upon waking up in the morning. I'll check it in the morning and post up. I ordered the blood pressure supplement "carditone" which can lower BP quite dramatically.

Hit a Push session tonight. Went a little easier due to my right pec feeling a tad irritated. Still got a decent pump though.

    Incline Press
    135 x 5
    185 x 3
    205 x 6
    155 x 10

    Bench Press
    135 x 10
    155 x 10
    155 x 8

    Incline Flyes
    25 x 12
    35 x 12
    35 x 12

    Lateral Raises
    10 x 20
    25 x 20
    25 x 17

    DB Shoulder Press (neutral)
    45 x 10
    45 x 10
(These felt heavy as hell after chest, lol)

Then I did a couple sets of curls for shits and giggles.
