    Yessir! Already gained 2-3 lbs of waking bodyweight from those first couple workouts. Up to 188 now, 190 after a couple meals.. Heavy basics work!

    On the 1st set, my left foot cramped up on the third rep due to not pushing through my heels. Otherwise, I'm fairly certain I would've gotten all 3 sets for 5.


    Weighted Chinups these are no joke, way harder than pulldowns!

    Alright bros, just cranked out this Push workout.

    Bench press
    Bar x 20, 135 x 12, 185 x 10, 205 x 7


    Neutralgrip DB Shoulder Press
    45s x 10, 55 x 8, 60 x 8


    Incline Flyes
    25 x 12, 35 x 10, 40 x 10


    DB Skullcrushers
    25s x 12, 30 x 8

    The delts were burning and the tris got a big pump! The incline Flyes are bringing in the upper/inner pec detail in the side chest pose, love those!

    Cycle update: increased testosterone from 250mg to 375mg/wk, lowered EQ from 400mg to 200mg/wk, continuing the Tren E at 150mg/wk and have been taking 20mg Dbol pre-workout. Low test just doesn't work as well for me. I want to run more but need finasteride, lol.

    Thanks brother! I realize test is best and that I don't gain as well without it in decent amounts. I want to shoot for 500mg+ from now on. I was looking pretty good on the EQ and low dose Tren, but not really gaining weight. and yeah I'm a bit of a night owl lately, lol.

    I do get a little bloat on 500-600mg but the issue that's made me end those cycles early was hairloss and chest/back acne. But the pumps, strength and stamina seem better. I'm just going to hang tight at 375mg for the rest of this cycle. I would like to try 500mg of test again along with a standard dose of propecia and see how I fare on that.

    Carditone is another option to add prior to jumping on pharms. I typically experience a good 10-15 point drop when introducing it.
