Scale check: 175lb
So back to my little nipple problem.
Seems that either I’m not thinking about it as much or it’s not as sensitive as it was like 2-3 days ago. The lump is still there which I do believe was there before anyway.
AnywYs! Great workout today before the in laws get here... smoked my last bowl to lol.

I wanted to work up to my 90% max on DL which would be 360.
So I worked up to 365... lol got it super easy.
So I decided to put the pussy straps on and lift big baby!!
Ended up getting 415 only thing wrong with my form was a little jerk from the beginning. It was weird using the straps and doing over hand. I won’t be using straps for DL anymore. Only time I’ll use them is if my grip is becoming weak during “other exercises”

Then I did some abs..
Man first time I ever got a cramp in my lower abs shit felt so weird!!
I was doing cable crunches and the first rep I went down and it felt like my lower abs were on top of my middle abs and it was stuck lol. I was freaking out. I jumped up and thought my damn insides were about to expand...
After that I said fuck the cable pull downs for abs and stuff to some of the basics.
Welp here come the in laws. Hopefully this is all gravy
