So back to my little nipple problem.
Seems that either I’m not thinking about it as much or it’s not as sensitive as it was like 2-3 days ago. The lump is still there which I do believe was there before anyway.

AnywYs! Great workout today before the in laws get here... smoked my last bowl to lol.

Back day!!

I wanted to work up to my 90% max on DL which would be 360.

So I worked up to 365... lol got it super easy.
So I decided to put the pussy straps on and lift big baby!!

Ended up getting 415 only thing wrong with my form was a little jerk from the beginning. It was weird using the straps and doing over hand. I won’t be using straps for DL anymore. Only time I’ll use them is if my grip is becoming weak during “other exercises”

After DL session

Weighted pull ups

I did some biceps but nothing to exciting

Then I did some abs..
Man first time I ever got a cramp in my lower abs shit felt so weird!!

I was doing cable crunches and the first rep I went down and it felt like my lower abs were on top of my middle abs and it was stuck lol. I was freaking out. I jumped up and thought my damn insides were about to expand...

After that I said fuck the cable pull downs for abs and stuff to some of the basics.

Welp here come the in laws. Hopefully this is all gravy

I just pulled 495 mix grip a couple mos ago because I got curious amd no problem. Plus I'm not so sure mix grip wont cause an imbalance assuming you dont switch sides.

Dang.. yeah I tried some Olympic lifts about 6 months ago and just gave it up. It was tough and I just didn’t care for it.

But man my abs felt so weird today doing them cable crunches or when I attempted it.

Scale check: 173

Feeling flat.. my cals haven’t been there past two days. I’m probably right at maintenance. I have the in laws in town and it’s just throwing everything off. Lame excuse, I know. I need to have more will power.

Today’s workout also sucked.
Today was upper body day. When doing pull ups I felt great. Decided to do some weighted pull ups and it stretched my chest a little too much. So I stopped. I tried to do some bench press and was successful but just felt weak. Dumbbells up to 45lb for 12-15 reps. Barbell bench press 95lb for 3 sets of 25.
Shoulders felt great though!

You should be! It is HUGE!! Training helps that!. Congratulations and just breathe! It is a forever commitment; just like bodybuilding for me. Maybe that is why I am not married.....I will be though; otherwise I am gonna be single. 3 years w my girl. In laws suck all around! That I do know for sure. You have to have a real shitty family to like your in laws! Lol. I cook rice for 3 days. I have a Panasonic that I got from Japan that was passed down from the 90’s and it still makes the best !! Damn Virus !! I am working my ass off because all the gym bullshit. Clients are scared too so that does not help at all!! After July 4, I am traveling to a place that I have full access to my old set up(all ROGUE) for 3 weeks and it is a house with no one home!!
I am going to take advantage and prep my ass off.

Good thing I’m still getting paid for my job. Like I said previously I’m a coach. So right now it’s some BS because we might not have sports next year so that’s going to kill my income. Haven’t even been able to condition my team.

Prepping to get back to my regular work($$). Yeah, I’ll have three weeks with my little cousins before they head back to school, my family member that bought the equipment offered me his house to stay and at least I can get training in. The hotels even closed off workout rooms.. DC sucks...besides the food and nice hotels.

The way I’m making money right now is private training with some younger kids. Teaching them proper form with squat. Bench press. Power clean. So they don’t look like idiots when they get to high school. Then we go to the yard and do agility drills. But I have to keep it private and only like 10 kids. I also can’t “make” them pay. I tell them it’s a “donation” so that I can get better equipment. I workout at the local church that has a huge warehouse. I’ve donated a bunch of equipment!! So that’s where we go.

I volunteer for jr/Sr high strength training programs. As for in person training ; all ages/classes. A bit more females as they pay better! Lol. It kinda intertwines w my girls business. But I have guys that are teen, masters, novice, open, physique/classic phys. is super popular right now.

They can make it look perfect. In fact, they can mini lipo any extra fat around the area.(same price). Probably a general surgeon.

Welp... I did the damn thang!

I just married my best friend last night! We are so happy right now! Going to celebrate!


It’s time to hydrate and to eat well! Last week or two I’ve been just in a slump with being nervous and trying to please the in laws when they were in town. Everything worked out amazing!

I haven’t checked the scale in about 3 days. But I’m probably a little lighter since my meals haven’t been the best and neither has my drinking.


I’ve worked out twice since being out of town for my wedding. The hotel gym here is just insane!!

Quick update

Just got back from honeymoon

Scale check: 175lb
Been off mk677 for at least a week now.

My chest is feeling a lot better! Ended up going up to 60lb dumbbells and repping for 20+. So strength still there. Gradually I’ll increase the weight.

My groin still has been bothering me for over a month now. Idk what the fuck it is. It’s better than what it was but still can’t squat very well. In the mornings after I shit and get up off the toilet it’s the worse.
