Relaxing seeking at the near by beach with my closest friends. Ate good food and drank some beers. Friday I drank a little too many beers. So Saturday I didn’t drink as many.

Did a light workout today and then hit some natural cardio (cutting grass and slaying ass)

Hit some light hamstrings today with some calves. Nothing worth noting.

Then I went home cut the grass for my cardio and for my abs... I slayed that future mrs...!!!

Scale check: last two days I’m back down to 176lb but that’s okay!

Yesterday: chest (still trying to get back in the grove of things. Everything for chest is slow and controlled)

Incline Dumbbell press. Ran the rack up to 45lb
1st set:
20lb: 25 reps
25lb: 25 reps
30lb: 25 reps

2nd set
30lb: 25 reps
35lb: 25 reps
45lb: 15 reps

Dumbbell shoulder press
30lb- 20 reps
35lb- 15 reps
45lb- 12 reps

Circuit:
-1:Hanging leg raises (abs- 25 reps)
-2: flat dumbbell flys (25 reps-light weight)
-3: skull crushers (25 reps- light weight)
-4: tricep kickbacks (10-12 reps light weight)

Yeah they are... i had to go extra light on those cause the stretch I got from my shoulder and chest from hanging the dumbbell. Still tender to some extent. But they get a nice pump on!

So... update!
Didn’t rest today. Going to rest tomorrow.

Leg day
-still couldn’t go heavy. I’m able to put a little weight on the bar but to be able to squat without any pain. I really have to tighten up my core and engage every bit of my legs from the get go. Then go down slow and control. After I get out the whole I can explode up.

Sitting leg press
4 sets of 10. Moderate weight

Leg extensions
4 sets increase weight each time

Circuit as many rounds a possible in 6 minutes
-decline sit ups x20 (25lb weight)
-decline side leg lifts x20 (25lb weight) R:L
-lateral lunges with x20 (25lb weight)

I guess the only thing disappointing is the fact I still can’t go very heavy on squat or even 75%. And it just doesn’t feel normal as of yet. Going on about 3 weeks.

I mean the only thing I could possible do to speed up the recovery would be to not walk on it lol. Or engaged it at all.

3 weeks ago. The pain was 7.5-10
Now it’s about 3-4 out of 10. Still aggervating thougg

Try 60 percent for sets of 10. Well within hypertrophy range and easy on the body

Sorry I haven’t updated in a couple days.

Today was an off day at the gym.
Thursday scale check: 176

So.. me and the fiancé took some shrooms Wednesday night. I didn’t get the full affect. I didn’t take enough I don’t believe. But my fiancé she had a nice time.

Last couple days I have had sensitive nip on my right side. My left side is worse than my right. I have some adex on the way to calm it down.

Other than that my groin is doing a little better and my chest is feeling better.

Thursday I did a push session, I was able to bench press 95lb with great form and no pain or aggervation. Slowly but surely getting it back.
