    4/11 Quads/Calves/Back
    Squat- 5◊10/8/6/4/8 (power)
    RDL-3◊8/8/12 (power accessory)
    Lunge(walking)- 3◊10 per side (stretch)
    Bulgarian Split Squat- 3◊20/15/15 (pump)
    Standing BW calf raises between each set
    Seated Cable Rows- 6◊15

    Arms/Chest 4/13

    Narrow grip bench- 135◊12 185◊8 225◊5 275◊3 225◊12&11

    Dips- 3◊30 SS w/

    Cable curls- 3◊20

    Reverse curls-4◊15/15/20/20 SS w/

    Tri pushdowns- 4◊20

    Lying tri ext- 4◊20 SS w/

    Cable hammer curls- 4◊20

    The dips/curl SS was supposed to be 4 sets but running my mouth and didn't realize my mistake till later. Oh well, good session regardless!

    BACK 4/14

    BB rows- 5◊15/12/12/12/12

    Landmine row 1 handed- 3◊15/15/12 each

    Pulldowns- 3◊15◊14◊12

    Seated cable row- 4◊20/20/15/20

    Hams still sore from Saturday plus had a long day so just did a couple extra sets for back. Landmine row was 1 handed at the end of BB much like a DB row.

    No training today but I'll share some food. Momma in law brought 2 chik fil a biscuits this a.m. after her n wife went to Costco.
    Killed off Shepard pie, a shake, dinner. Got cereal and another meal to go.
