Bench press warm up- 135×12 185x8 225x5 275x2 315x1 335x1(was a PR but seen in video that was hole touched my gd bar and tainted my fuckin lift )
Bench press- 2x8x235+50lb band
Incline press- 3×12/10/10×140+30lb band
Incline cable fly-3×12
H.S. INCLINE- 3×20/12/12
HI pulley curl- 3×15
ROPE hammer curl-3×25/20/25

Was beat up from yesterday and pump wasnt great. By the time got home to take pix was flat as a board. Got some good work in regardless tho.

Hey shredded onion, on the bright side I get to workout legs twice as much now or really all the time now and abs. I never do fucking abs. I won’t touch upper body for next couple weeks that’s for sure. But I got to get these wheels to grow now.

I really appreciate all you do homie! I’m sticking to the gains train! Got to get 180.
