    Cutting up with COVID/19 LOG

    I just did my home chest workout. I took 30mg cialis and 25mg tbol preworkout, then post workout, 75mg sustanon, 45mg deca, 40mg tren enan, and 40mg masteron enan. Iíll take this injection 3x/wk.

    - 7 sets wide grip pushups
    - 3 sets lower cable flies pulling upward for upper chest

    I started my cut diet this week. Just had a whey/oat shake. In two hours Iíll have 8oz eye of round steak and 2 cups white rice.

    Yes, only because I have taken it for 6 years and have a tolerance to it. Do NOT take it daily or eventually youíll need it for your wiener.

    So far today Iíve had:
    7am: 2 scoops whey protein, 1 cup oats, 2 cups lactaid fat free milk
    11am: 6oz eye of round steak, 2 cups boiled white rice
    1pm: cup of orange juice
    2pm: fat free Greek yogurt
    3pm: 8oz fat free ground turkey breast, 2 cups boiled white rice, salsa
    At 6m Iíll have 8 egg whites and 2 slices of dry toast (one slice sour dough, and one slice Daveís 21 Whole grain and seed organic)
    9pm: 2 scoops whey protein and 2 scoops oats

    Today I had
    7am: 2 scoops whey protein, 1 cup oats, 1 cup fat free milk.
    10am: 3 hard boiled eggs, a few ouches of low fat blueberry keifer.
    I took 25mg tbol and some cialis. Iím not sure how much cialis was left in the liquid bottle. I just drank what was left. In an hour Iíll do my home workout.

    biceps and triceps: superset band curls with band kickbacks. For curls I do arms outward, arms inward , and arms straight ahead. I do both arms together in all 3 positions, and single arm in all 3 positions until I canít get any more reps. It burns soooo bad! I do about 50 reps per set.
    For tricep kick backs I can only get about a dozen reps per set.
    I do 4 total super sets
    back and rear delts: I put my cable bands around a tree outside and lock them to one handle. I do single arm rows with each hand and superset them with face pulls for rear delts/rear traps. I do 4 supersets
    middle and front delts: I do standing side lateral band raises, double arms and single arm, supersetted with front band raises. I do 4 supersets.
    I sip a Gatorade while I workout. I got a green apple Gatorade which is amazing! After Iím done Iíll have 2 scoops of whey protein and 1 cup of oats mixed in water. My post workout meal 1 1/2 hours later is 1/2Lb fat free turkey burger and 2 cups boiled white rice. I alternate between brown rice and white rice because I get sick of them both.

    as far as the tbol, do you always run it at 25mg? I believe I asked you that the last time you ran it but I forgot what you answered.

    I always run it at 25mg these days. When I was young I did 50mg, but 25mg works great now that my body is used to lower doses for each compound.

    After my workout I took another shot.
    75mg sustanon
    30mg deca
    50mg masteron enan
    50mg tren enan

    I put it in a 27 gauge 1/2Ē insulin syringe and administer it in the side of my leg in the split between the quads and hams. Itís smooth as butter since the carrier oil is an MCT/ palm kernel oil blend.

    Today I did 9 sets of wide grip pushups because narrow kill my elbows. Then I did 4 sets of band flies from down lots to upward and inward. The diet has been very easy so far since Iím home and can cook and sleep in.
    6am: 2 scoops whey protein, 1 cup oats, 1 cup non fat milk
    9am: tbol and 20mg cialis
    10am: 7 egg whites and 2 slices of dry sour dough toast
    11am: nap haha
    1:45pm: Workout and sip Gatorade
    2:30pm: 2 scoops whey protein, 1 cup oats
    4pm: 8oz extra lean ground turkey breast, 1 cup white rice (2 cups cooked)
    7pm: Iíll have 6oz eye of round steak and 2 slices of dry toast (Daveís 21 seed and grain)
    10pm: 2 scoops whey protein, 1 cup oats

    Yesterday I ate flawlessly but no workout. Today I had a protein shake at 7am and 25mg tbol then went back to bed. Got up and took cialis. Trained fasted from 11am-noon and got a killer pump. My strength is going up from the tren and tbol. A little over a week ago I could only get 10-12 pushups per set. Today I got 22. It made me proud. I know itís not much but for me itís a big improvement.
    I did

    9 sets wide grip pushups
    4 sets band flies from the bottom upward
    4 sets band face pulls
    4 sets one arm band rows off a tree. I do left arm then right arm, back and forth until I canít get any. That counts as one set.
    Time for 7 egg whites and 2 slices dry sour dough toast. I have steak thawing out for later with rice. Post workout I had whey protein and oats.
    Post workout I took
    87.5mg sustanon
    45mg deca
    50mg masteron enan
    50mg tren enan
    I skipped two days from taking a shot.

    The last couple days I cut calories way back. It caused me to drop reps today on my pushups but the pump was great as always thanks to the morning tbol and preworkout cialis.
    Iíve only had two protein shakes today and itís 1:20pm. Iím making a pound of steak and two cups of rice which will be two of my meals today.
    i did pushups, band flies, face pulls, and one arm band rows. Then I walked a half mile. I need to start walking daily. My legs feel very weak from sitting inside all the time now. Iím so sick of this stupid lock down nonsense. Enough is enough!

    Today I decided to change up my AAS stack. I dropped deca and tbol and increased dose on tren enan and masteron enan to see if some water retention drops to lower my blood pressure. Skipping tbol today brought my bp down a lot so Iím going to do this for awhile:
    204mg sustanon
    163mg tren enan
    163mg masteron enan
    Every 3 days I put .35ml of each into a slin pin. Thatís the max that will fit.
    My diet is ultra strict the same as precontest.

    Calories were probably 5,000 a month ago and dirty.
    The past two weeks theyíre around 2,500.
