This diet is getting difficult! My family tried to tempt me with tacos. Man, it was hard to say no.
Iíve got a few weeks left in my sustanon, tren enan, masteron enan cycle. Iím planning my next cut cycle. One thing I thought Iíd never consider at my age is winstrol due to the joint dryness. Today I got to thinking since gyms wonít be opening up in either state Iím living in, and Iím only doing band work, pushups, and curling a water jug, maybe Iíll chance the winstrol. Right now Iím considering:
    250mg sustanon per week
100mg NPP weekly in E3D shots
    50mg winstrol daily
    25mg tbol daily
    Preworkout cialis
this would be a 60 cycle

Iíve been dieting for 6 weeks. I have a lot of fat to lose.

I had such a good pump today on arms and delts. At the very end of my workout my 30Lb workout band broke. Luckily it was at the very end. It actually allowed me to come up with a new exercise for triceps and rear delts with the broken piece, a modified type of rear delt fly with modified tricep extensions.
I went on amazon and found a nice set of bands with 1 day shipping. It comes with 5 bands that go up to 110Lbs of resistance when combined, so Iím excited about that.
Iíve been dieting for exactly 7 weeks. Things are starting to come together.

I just did a 35 minute walk. Itís beautiful out today. Felt great! There was a nice cool breeze.
Had fat free cottage cheese and frozen fruit afterwards. Iíll have a 1/2lb fat free turkey burger on 2 slices of Daveís 21 seed/grain toast in a couple hours. I add horse radish mustard for some flavor.

    CUTTING UP WITH CORONA CHANG-19:
Today is a cardio only day so I did a long fast paced walk for 1 hour and 6 minutes. So far Iíve had a whey/oat shake at 3am and 10am, and some fat free cottage cheese and frozen berries at 7am.
Yesterday, I got to workout with my new workout bands. It was so nice to have 120Lbs of resistance. My old set up only had 40Lbs of resistance. I did a lot of exercises:
    - chest flies from the bottom upward
    - shrugs
    - pull downs with underhand grip, overhand grip, and neutral grip
    - pull overs
    - one arm band flies across the body
    - one arm rows
    - both arm rows
    - face pulls
    - rear delt flies
For dinner last night I had a top sirloin steak with all visible fat trimmed, and two slices of toast.
My next meal today is 1/2Lb extra lean ground turkey breast, and 2 slice toast with some horseradish mustard on it.
Today, I think I decided I want to do a 30 day oral only cycle as an experiment. A) I donít feel like ordering more needles yet. B) Iím just curious to see how I look on it.

    So, Iím looking at
    - 100mg winstrol/day
    - 50mg turinabol/day
    - 10mg Flash cialis caps preworkout
Thatís over a gram a week of AAS. I expect it will pull all water out from under the skin and give a very hard and vascular appearance. I pray my joints, ligaments, and tendons donít yell at me to go f$ck myself! Iíve run many cycles without test. Everyone thinks you need rest in your cycle. Arnold, in the 70ís, loved to run dbol, deca, and primobolan. Good enough for Arnold, good enough for me.

    CUTTING UP WITH COVID-19:
I just had a real good chest workout:

8 sets declined pushups with feet elevated 18Ē
    6 sets regular pushups
6 sets band flies from the bottom going upward
5 sets one arm band flies from the top going across the body
5 sets pull downs for a lat stretch
Just ate a post workout banana. Man, bananas are sweet. I donít usual eat high sugar fruit but it was great! Iíll have a whey/oat shake in a few.
    HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!
Iím away from home in a hotel so my breakfast was fat free low sodium deli turkey on 1 1/2 slices sour dough bread with horseradish mustard on it. I brought my workout bags so Iím going to train some chest after I get a quick shower. I slept like a baby in this nice bed. This afternoon will be my weekly big meal but itís all clean food so Iím looking forward to it. Steak, dry potato, sour dough bread, artichoke hearts, and corn on the cob.

Just did my morning cardio. I did my short walk, 21 minute fast pace, 1/2 uphill which is a workout, 1/2 downhill. Thatís the first time Iíve done cardio in awhile.
Took my winstrol, tbol, masteron, tren, and sustanon preworkout. It looks like I still have another shot or two of tren and masteron before I start the NPP.

    CUTTING UP WITH COVID-19:
The gym opens up tomorrow. I had to make an online reservation. We only get one hour to train. They only allow one person per 100 sq.ft of gym space, and nobody is allowed within 6 feet of each other. Gym employees will be patrolling the floor keeping people apart from each other. I need 1 1/2 hours to train so Iíll be going fast. Iím actually kind of torn about going at all. I hate being controlled. It tends to make me lose my temper. Being on tren I already feel the rage inside about this. Iím so tired of this scamdemic bullshit!

    THE RETURN TO THE GYM:
I just did my first workout back in the gym. First of all I have to say it was soooo nice to see hot women in yoga pants again!!!
I did biceps, triceps, front/middle delts, abs, a little calves, and 20 minutes on the recombinant bike.
First set of tricep rope push downs I put my usual warmup weight on and WTF!!! I couldnít even budge it. WOW! Real weights are completely different than working out with bands. I lowered all my weights a lot but I stuck to the fast paced workouts, all supersets and giant sets, Iíve grown accustomed to over the past 3 months.
    ARMS:

1st Superset: standing cambered bar curls superset with rope pushdowns for tris. 3 sets each.
2nd Superset: Seated alternating dumbbell hammer curls with lying one arm dumbbell tricep extensions. 3 sets each
3rd Superset with a Giant set on tris, zero rest. One arm cable curls with one arm tricep extensions reverse grip followed by overhand grip followed by hammer grip. 3 sets each
    DELTS:
all Giant sets non stop. Dumbbell laterals, followed by close grip dumbbell presses, followed by front hammer grip dumbbell raises, followed by dumbbell raises in between front and lateral position. 4 sets each with an extra set of laterals at the end.
    ABS:
3 sets weighted crunches to the front, slight left, and slight right position for abs/obliques.
    CALVES:
3 sets seated calve raises, toes forward, outward, and inward. (OUCH!!!)
    CARDIO:
20 minutes on the recombinant bike
I did all the weights in 45 minutes followed by 20 minutes cardio. It sure felt great!!!
Now Iím horny from all the hot women in there.

    GYM WORKOUT #2:
Today I worked out for an hour and 45 minutes. I did chest, rear delts, traps, a little quads, and cardio in the movie theater. They had the first IRONMAN playing which was great because I was dreading doing cardio.
    CHEST

    4 sets pec deck machine
4 sets inclined hammer strength press
    4 sets fly machine
5 sets declined hammer strength press
strength was much better today which was a pleasant surprise.
    TRAPS
    3 sets hammer strength shrugs
I kept it to 3 sets since I havenít really trained traps in 3 months.
    REAR DELTS
4 sets seated bent over dumbbell laterals
    QUADS
    4 sets seated leg press
Iím going to do one lower body exercise every workout to get my legs going again.
    CARDIO
    20 minutes recombinant bike
    Everything felt great today!!!
