Cutting up with COVID/19 LOG

Today I did my pushups, band flies, face pulls, and one arm band rows. My energy is way down today. 15 days on a precontest style diet is zapping my energy. It’s 7pm. I’ve had two protein shakes and two meals. One meal was 1/3lb turkey breast and a cup of rice (uncooked weight). The other meal was 1/2Lb eye of round steak and 2 slices dry toast (Dave’s 21 seed and grain). I wish the gym would open.

Today I did a bunch of biceps, triceps, and delts with bands. I walked a half mile afterwards. I really am seeing changes fast with the sust, tren, mast combo. I’m going to up my dose. Today I feel very good! I’m sweating balls just sitting here.

Just finished my pushups, face pulls, cable flies, one arm cable rows, and I added cable pulls downs with an arc motion off a tree haha then I walked a mile. My damn nerve damage in my legs and knees had me yelping in pain just walking. Fuck getting old!
Time for more sust, tren, and mast.
Diet has been flawless since April 1st. Blood pressure is finally coming down. It was 135/84 yesterday. I’m on 3 bp drugs. They only work with a perfect diet. A couple months ago my bp was 193/134. Body fat is dropping nicely. I’m still hairy AF!

I’ve been on a perfect diet since April 1st. My body fat is dropping nicely and my blood pressure is down from 160/110 to 135/84 in 3 weeks. I just finished my workout but didn’t do my walk yet. I must admit I’m dragging ass on low calories. My pushups strength has dropped from 22 reps to 16 reps. But my visceral abdominal fat is really going down which is awesome! My gut was getting ridiculous from Jack in the Box.

Today’s Workout:
10 sets pushups
4 sets band flies
5 giant sets of one arm rows right arm, left arm, right arm again, left arm again, face pulls, and pull downs out in front of the body. All that is one giant set.
6am: two scoops whey protein, 1 cup oats, some raw pasteurized egg whites and water added
10am: 7 egg whites nuked, 2 slices dry 21 seed and grain toast
PREWORKOUT: 30mg tadalifil(cialis)
INTRAWORKOUT: sip half a Gatorade
POST WORKOUT: 2 scoops whey protein, 1 cup oats, water
Time to cook three 1/3Lb fat free turkey burgers and rice for later meals.
AAS: Mon, Wed, Fri shots of 1/3cc sustanon, 1/3cc masteron enan, 1/3cc tren enan.

Yesterday, after I trained arms and delts, I walked a mile. Man, was it difficult. My right knee slips due to so many meniscus tears. My left leg starts to collapse if I step wrong or hit a few inch bump in the road. Going down hill is super dangerous because my left leg will collapse. It can only do 10lb leg extensions after two years of trying to rebuild it post sciatica nerve damage. The quad tissue is just dead. But the mile walk was the best I could do to help speed up the fat burning process. I’m seeing a little more ab detail all the time. I haven’t had a cheat meal in 22 days. Give me 6 months and I’ll look respectable, not big, but lean. I’m just going for the physique competitors look now. My starting diet weight was around 235Lb. I’ve probably dropped 10Lbs I’m guessing. I’d like to end up at around 200lb like Serge Nubret in the 1975 Mr. Olympia.

CUTTING UP WITH COVID-19:
Today is day #26 without a cheat meal. All I’ve eaten is egg whites, 21 grain/seed dry toast, oats, whey, turkey breast, orange juice, Greek yogurt, white and brown rice, and tons of water. I was eating steak but not lately.
TRAINING: today was pushups, band flies, one arm band rows, face pulls, pull downs out in front of the body, and a fast paced 18 minute walk.
I haven’t shaved my body in forever. I like like Chaka from LAND OF THE LOST.
BLOOD PRESSURE: i tapered off lisinopril completely. I lowered telmisartan from 80mg down to 40mg. I upped nebivolol from 5mg to 10mg.
Bp is around 130/85. I’m shooting for 120/80 eventually. That’s a big drop from 193/134 two months ago.

Today, I got my cardio up to a 22 minute fast walk. Later, I’ll do 3 minutes of pornhub forearm cardio training.
For ARMS, I did biceps band curls with all different angles super high burning reps supersetted with triceps push downs with reverse grip, overhand grip, and hammer grip. 5 supersets, very high reps. Then 4 giant sets for delts with side laterals, front raises, military press, upright rows, and raises at a 45 degree angle.
Slow and steady will get this layer of fat off.

CUTTING UP WITH COVID-19:
This lockdown has me getting creative with my band workouts. Today I figured out how to do pull downs of all variations with my front door. Haha I was using a tree outside but the door gives me new angles to play with. It’s a very old solid wood door so I think it should hold up with the abuse. Haha
If you guys like coffee I found the best tasting coffee protein powder ever. ON GOLD STANDARD WHEY COFFEE. It tastes just like dark roast coffee, no chemical taste or after taste. They really nailed it with this flavor.

CUTTING UP WITH BROTHER COVID-19:
Today is 32 straight days without a cheat meal. Just oats, rice, 21 seed/grain toast dry, turkey breast, egg whites, whey protein, orange juice for my vitamin C, Greek yogurt. NO SALT on anything, just garlic powder and red peppers.
I’ve been doing 30 minutes of power walking now after my lifting routine. Today, I did all supersets of back and chest. 12 sets chest and 12 sets back: pushups, band flies, one arm rows, one arm pull downs, face pulls, pull overs with bands, rear delt flies.
I’m still using 1cc sustanon, 1cc masteron enan, and 1cc tren enan, split shots Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Preworkout cialis for the pump and the post workout boner.
Todays workout was done with the Netflix Rhonda Rousey story on. I’m watching it now with tingles in my wiener from the cialis. I don’t care what anyone says, Cialis makes me horny as a goat.

CUTTING WITH COVID-19:
Just did a half hour of fasted cardio.
I think I’ll do arms and delts tomorrow. My right elbow needs a break. I’ll do another half hour of cardio later this afternoon.
My friend who is a men’s classic physique pro used to do 3 cardio sessions a day precontest, only 15-30 minute sessions. He got super ripped that way! Basically, keep spiking the metabolism with short bursts of cardio so you don’t lose muscle.

Cutting with COVID-19:
Today, instead of band curls, I got four one gallon water jugs and attached my band handle to them. Holy crap, 32Lbs felt heavy! Having only done bands for near two months made me weak on real weights. The pump was so much better too! I used the water jugs to do bicep curls and lateral delt raises. It hurt but felt great to get a good pump. I later did bands for triceps and more delts. For cardio I did a fast walk for 35 minutes. I finally shaved my bodyto see just how fat I was. I definitely have a lot of fat to lose but I’ve made big inprovements over the past 5 weeks of dieting. Give me 4 months and I’ll be pretty lean.

CUTTING WITH COVID-19:
Today I trained super hard! It kicked my ass! I did all supersets for back and chest with giant sets as part of it.
1st superset/giant set: pushups superset with one arm pull downs, and pull overs. 8 supersets of those.
2nd superset/giant set: band flies superset with one arm rows, rear delt laterals, and face pulls. 4 supersets of those.
Cardio: 35 minute fast paced walk.
MEALS:
8am: 2 scoops whey protein and 2 scoops oats
12pm: 2 slices dry 21 seed/grain toast, 7 egg whites
3pm: 2 scoops whey protein and 2 scoops oats
6:15pm: 1/3Lb fat free turkey breast, 1 cup rice(uncooked weight)
9:30pm: 2 scoops whey and 2 scoops oats

My blood pressure was down to 125/81 last night. That’s quite an improvement from 193/134 a few months ago. Diet is everything for my bp unfortunately. Cheat meals aren’t possible.
