    At home workouts

    Whatís everyone doing for at home workouts , if you have weights or donít?

    Thought this would be a good collaborative topic for the group on ways to reduce losses , stay active, and what each is doing since gyms are shut down.


    Side note Iím using this time to clean out and come off so I can get my receptors clean for when I can push it and blast it again. Did some at home stuff the other day and would be happy to advise on what Iíve been doing but want to hear from you all.

    Calisthenics....I have dumbbells and curling bar ... itís like penitentiary workouts lol.

    Iím doing push-ups, walking the dog (a lot) and 30 lb db work since that is all I really have

    Iím staying positive cause this could always get worse, what are you guys up to?

    My ghetto ass gym until my equipment arrives. DB flat bench, incline bench, DB OHP, shrugs, lat raises, bent over rows, db rows, biceps, triceps....

    I got 30s, 50s, 65s cheap bench and a curl bar, I have to be honest Iím sore as fuck after my first in home workout. I miss the gym atmosphere but after a few sets it gets easier

    I have a few dumbells Iíve dumped into a back I think theyíve totaled up to about 40lbs and a few bands as well.

    I think a lot of people who train ďhardcoreĒ are going to find theyíre not really training is sub par when they start failing at 12 reps with their pink dumbells.

    Doing what I can with dumbbells , body weight and resisting bands. Waiting on my gym to come in also . Spent over 700
