I find for muscle growth, more than 5iu immediately post workout. For fat loss first thing in the morning with t4. For amazing sleep and recovery right before bed. This has worked best for me.
Good articles but I doubt many of us are GH deficient, therefore the trends are not likely applicable to us. Also in that second article, the two times a day vs 1 resulted in same serum levels. Higher IGF-1 but a lot of variance within each cohort and a difference of 50 units.
Either way I tend to agree that taking in the morning is best as the normal peak occurs at night and most of us will be normal. If taking twice a day, I would take in the morning and an hour before working out.
I have taken at night and it does indeed increase the quality of sleep but I question maximum effectiveness for desired results here due to natural GH peak occurring at night anyways.
Like dawg16 pointed out, do you think us older folks (he's 51 and I'm 46) are releasing that much GH at night?
Your a beast anyway.I take 1.5 ius mornings fasted, 1.5 ius preworkout, then 2 in the evening. I'm 51 years old so I doubt I'm hurting any night time release like I had in my younger years.

I take it in the middle of the night when I get up to pee and another, 2 hours after lunch and wait to hours to eat again.
If you take it it and eat to close before or after consistently you will be a diabetic in due time. You must use gh fasted unless insulin is involved.

Nah you right eat a nice bowl of oatmeal right after your shot you will be ok keep on that path your right. Buy alot of slin pins you will need them. Nah that can be true your sugar dont spike and you can become insulin resistant. Eat away bud but keep that advice to yourselfNah. Meal timing doesn't really impact insulin resistance with gh.
Higher doses for long periods of time will though.
The every other day method works well in that regard. Five on two off helps but that's more to take stress off the pocket book.
I like, 1hr Pre workout on training days and first thing in the morning on non training days.
Been doing this for a while.
As long as you take it every day it makes little difference though. Morning is better then night though imo.
Hey Montego why pre workout for u versus post workout I'm just curious if you have seen better results or is it just a personal preference for u? And as far as ur question dosborn about what time I guess the dosing ur talking about could be done in 1 shot or split evenly for multiple pulses, but at that dose I think the end result would be the same so I'd just do it in 1 shot either am or pre or post workout and stay away from the evening because of ur natural pulse at night while sleeping. Even though ur older ur still going to have that pulse however minute it might be

Pre workout puts the peak of the gh serum around your post workout window.
Give it a shot. As long as you're not having lethargy issues from gh during the day it's a good option.Shit yea makes sense...been doing mine post guess I'm gonna switch that up.....thank u
Not all growth is created equal, imo. It took a while to figure out which way works best for me personally. Ultimately, I find post wo inject and the EOD regimen combined is what works best for me, after using it 5 days in a row, I feel it too much physically and the conservative method of EOD does keep the wallet fat a little longer between orders
