I also had chipotle later on in the evening last night before we saw American sniper. I don't want chipotle for like... A day. Then I'll be back. Think im going to house a box of whole grain waffles and a bunch of eggs post workout. Food porn pics and what not to come.

I am ready to fucking annihilate this workout.

Woke up and pinned 1cc of EQ/Cyp this morning. Today is supposed to be an off day but I think I'll do some fasted cardio. Thinkin a 4-5 mile run.... I think. I'm too hungry to even think right now. I bought a box of this yesterday:

Pretty good.

I tweaked my shoulder the other day. I thought I tore my labrum awhile back but just strained it pretty bad...

Today's workout went great... I bought some Gatorade powder and mixed it in a jug like you said. These workouts are fucking intense, especially with the super sets. The pump gets unreal and my veins are popping out nicely in both shoulders in places they haven't before. My diet has been pretty spot on. I haven't been counting my macros too closely but I am making sure that I am well over 350g of carbs on workout days. Anything less period and I feel flat and deflated. Water intake I 1.5-3 gallons a day. No booze, no soda, no bullshit. I will start counting macros more closely...

There is a fundraiser event/workout at the "other" (Crossfit) gym that I'll be doing Saturday. I won't get crazy into details but it involves tire flipping, running, rowing, etc. I'm trying to go easy on my lower back as well...

Pretty tired right now... Have to get some rest before work tonight.

Overall digging this new routine, it's awesome. Let's just see how long I can keep this up..

Just got back and made 6 eggs and two cups of oats.

Just finished a box of protein Cheerios. They were fan fucking tastic!

I'm beaded to a fund raiser tomorrow. Will be doing a full body WOD of some sort. I'm still leaning out nicely and I'm waking up feeling full as fuck.


I'll post a shirtless, chub progress pic in one month. Can't wait.

Sorry for the delay. I felt strong as hell in today's workout, especially legs.

All three leg press machines were taken up so I super setted with front squat. I did 225/245/275/245. I was occupying two power racks. Felt good, ass to grass. Got some nice marks on the shoulders, the pics don't so them any real justice. I'm marked up.

The drol is treating me nicely. Pumps and strength are way up. I know a few of us were fortunate to try the inj drol and dbol. It's better than ever.

I weighed myself today. Sitting at 216. Leaning out still... Time to hammer 8 eggs and two cups of oatmeal.
 
I'll also be joining said Crossfit gym soon and will have two full time gym memberships. Joining the dark side..
 
Sorry for the lack of updates. I'm going to be away for the next couple of days. I'll be back with my normal post on Monday.

Diet is still solid. I'm still leaning out even. Lats are expanding and my waist is getting smaller, down from 34 to 32. Still sitting at 216.

Sorry for the late updates. I AM back, and will continue to be regularly.

Did a WOD at the crossfit gym on Sunday. Was 30 burpees, 50 calories on the rowing machine, 10 pullups (dead hang) and repeat for time for 20 minutes for as many rounds as possible. Absolutely destroyed me. The pump was unreal and I was sweating buckets.

Follow today with my normal routine. Had 1 cup of oats and 4 eggs two hours to training. My vascularity is coming out a little more, strength is way up.

Back, bis and legs. Warmed up with 30 push ups and 20 minutes incline on the stairmill. Squeezed off 22 pullups, chin above bar, wide over hand grip for the first set of workout. By the the pump was already starting to kick in. Im still not really used to doing deadlift and BB squat in the same day. As a matter of fact, I hate it. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back, near my hip, and its starting to really fuck with me. Im not sure how long I can keep doing both the same day. Well see..

My arm strength is going up as well. Have noticed a little size difference though I have not measured them (I should've). Did 100lb on my first set of straight bar curls for 10. Felt pretty easy, good form here. Finished with 120lb on the last set of 6. Held a good squeeze throughout.

Started supplementing with gatorade powder in my gallon jug during the workouts. Feeling much better. Will update weight at the end of the week. I am still hovering around 214-216. I think by the end of this log I will try to get down to 200-205 but who knows.. :hmm:

Pinned 100mg of drol two hours ago as well.. Will report back with post workout food/training..

Finished my chest tri and delt workout.

Warmed up 20 minutes on the incline treadmill @ 5.5 mph / 7.0 incline

Did Db press last week first, so I began with two warm up sets of 135 x 20 on the BB bench. By my first second set the pump was already in. Went over to DB incline after, started with 100s. After the first set my shoulder started bothering me so I stayed at 100 lbs.

I havent trained chest and shoulders in the same day in awhile. This training split is definitely different for me.

The test cyp should really take off any day now. I really cant wait. So far so good and all 3 oils. Absolutely zero pip. Im going to be posting blood work (as I said before) at the end of the month or in the beginning of March. Ill be donating at the end of February instead of letting myself this time :eek:wned:

Also going to get back on my fitness pal and really start counting my calories. Im going to be shooting for 4500-5000. Im still leaning out and weighed 212 today before I hit the weights. My "V" that I know some of you rock so well is coming in. Looks like shit, but Im gettin it. Tomorrow is my scheduled off day. I believe Ill go for a 5 mile run. I wont be doing any crossfit work. Im actually really enjoying what I am learning at that gym. Its different. Ive also met a few dudes who juice.... Shocker, right? :coffee: I can see the stigma and all of the injuries that people sustain. I can see how people can talk shit about it (like I used to) but it aint so bad and is quite the workout. There are some crossfit games that I have been looking at that are 2 months out. Something local, nothing too crazy. I might look into it for fun. Sooooo..... Dinner will probably be 2 burrito bowls, black beans, brown rice double chicken and steak. Ive had 2 met rx bars today because Ive been running errands. 30g protein/50g carbs, I believe 390 calories? I try not to eat those, but I need my calories/macros.

Ran 5 this morning. It was extremely easy, even the last few miles. I believe I can get back to my 7/min pace. Shouldn't take me too long. Shin is sore as fuck though.

Not much to update here. I have been working my ass off though aside from the last two days. Have got myself a nice little cold. I did some pull-ups, push-ups, bb rows and db curls in a garage gym yesterday and ran two miles. Didn't clock it but hit 6:54/split.

Blood pressure is back low again. Lowest it's been since I was in high school running track. 120/59 yesterday. 115/56 just now. Feeling better than I have in an entire year. No booze, high sodium foods, strict diet etc.

Hope to be back at it 100% by Monday.
 
Not sure what the hell was wrong with my blood pressure. One of my coworkers was thinking I wasn't consuming enough sodium (which was true). Pissed out everything from training so damn hard.

Hit yesterday's workout extremely hard. Ran two one mile intervals. My endurance is sky rocketing. I clocked 6:33 my first attempt and 6:13 on my second.

I weighed 208 yesterday which I'm not happy about but I am leaning out. So much for wanting to get to 250. I am ok with this though.

Finally kicked this cold too. I'll be updating regular a few times a day this week, sorry for the delay. Pics to come..
