Saline or cohesive gel(silicone)... The wife is going in next week and she has had a tough time deciding between the two..

Cost is not an issue.. the idea of saline bursting and not having heath issues is a major plus.. But people say the gel implants feel more realistic and look more realistic especially for smaller thinner women like my wife(Avi).. So we are leaning toward that.. But that also mean annual visits to the docs to get scans to make sure something hasn't happened.


What do you guys think? Just looking for any additional thoughts.

I know Mrs R has the gummy bears and loves them if I remember correctly.

Wife got saline the first round . After our boy she wanted to get em redone and got silicone . They gave use the old ones . Dont really know why . We had em in the closet ,once again not really sure why , and over a period of time they leaked out. The filler to me does not matter as long as they are big . She is small 5'1" 120 ish D cup. I mean not creepy stripper/porno big but look at those tits big.

My wife is about 5'4" 110-115 and she will either be a d cup or really close.. They don't really guarantee cupsize though. 375 CC's... What did your wife get the second time?
 
Skinny, I have no idea as to which to get since my wife still has her natural ones. Although, I do have this question. Is she going to have a total mesectomy so that there is no concern over breast cancer down the road or are they just going to put the new ones in with the old tissue still there?

This was the main conversation my wife and I had when discussing if she was to get a pair.

We were told to get one size bigger because at first with all the swelling she will love them and then once the swelling goes away be disappointed and want bigger boobs. Happened to a girl I knew. Got a nice pair and went back in because she wanted them to be the size they were with the swelling

It was in the 500's for sure . Training now she kind of thinks they are to big but I don't . Any talk of reduction is silenced lol

This has been a tough decision.. Again different doctors have different advices as to how big to go... One doc said 400 to 450cc's and another said 325 to 375.. One was very adamant that patients almost always want them bigger. The other was pretty conservative. We went with the conservative guy and told him we want to go a little bigger than 350.. up to 375 which is really almost no difference but a solid "inbetween number" of the to doctors.
 
I have to agree with Dan . I have heard it a bunch of times ... I wish they were bigger . Your girl is small though . 375 may be big . It just depends do y'all want big tits or slightly larger breasts ?
 
with 500cc's my wife would be pretty top heavy... She is a pretty skinny girl. Id be cool with it but I don't think she would be comfortable with it.

not jiggly usually hard. also sometime in doggy position with saline you see ripples. Gel is the best. Go to a high end strip club with your wife and talk to the dancers they know what doctor is the best and what state they are in. Trust me sounds funny but these girls know more than anyone.

We actually know a lot of people that have them... and have been discussing it with them.. Every one has fake tits now. I have now seen my sister in law topless and a couple of my wives friends because of this..:eek::winkfinger:
 
Wife had saline but she's going in for new ones. She said she might change em. I liked the saline ones they feel real to me.

SG, Ive had both the saline and the cohesive gel, both under the muscle. One of the saline popped during a mammogram - DO NOT GET THEM :( Also, when my PS took out the old ones he made sure not to bust them - the liquid in them was orangey/yellow :O- not good. I got the cohesive gel and I LOOOOOVE them, they look and feel very real. The only weird thing about them she might notice is that they don't hold body heat, so she may have cold bewbs sometimes ;) I had 400 cc. saline and was a d. Got 800cc cohesive gels and am a DDD. You have to go with higher cc's for the silicone. EVERYONE I know who has done it that tried to look "natural" was disappointed in the size and eventually went bigger. She should go as big as she can for her first surgery. She'll look incredibly big and high the first year but they will drop and settle and the size will go down a bit. Youre pretty much swollen for a year. Personally, I have never met a gal whose done it who thought she went too big the first time :winkfinger:

yeah that makes sense. 375 to 425 is not much difference. 50 CC's is very minuscule in the implant world. which is part of what makes the decision so hard... Leaves you asking "why not go a couple ccs bigger then"?
