More like dial in everything super tight as far as surplus /deficit , I kept my Bf % pretty low for taking in 5,500+ kcals daily , so the “supps” are doing there job. Last 8 weeks is really kind of low in the total supps part , relying on the hard work I’ve done and it truly is going to be more about my macro/cardio:total output daily. Short esters come into play but still super low!
Gonna keep a dense, hard look...hopefully,’lol! For sure

Looking forward to checking out these old (new to me) gyms. Some old school ones like Powerhouse / World’s gyms (over seas) and a few in US. One thing I hate is not having all the stuff I have at home, but even in a small motel I can make it work! Gotta avoid all the Fatty Steak and Puerco! Lol

Nice man! Enjoy the travel for work. I like scoping out new gyms when i travel for work as well. You can find some gems for sure.

Yeah, they sent me a lot of pics and stuff so it looks like these are some serious gyms but definitely have a lot of the (fit famous) locals that use it for their platforms online. Definitely avoiding that part as I really am there to train hard and don’t wanna lose focus. Avoiding injury at this point is paramount! I already did my years of hard work and don’t wanna F things up.

Had a long, arduous day of work! Online, physical/mental Work! Got a lot done. I am getting jitters, as most would prepping for contest and trying to map out the logistics with, work/jobs, prepping/cooking, travel, etc. Hard work but big dividends!! I am exhausted and energized all at once..if that makes sense. I am sure it rings true or familiar to some of you experienced guys/gals. I see it all the time and go through it with others but, now that it is ME....it is really hitting me. No F’ing around !! This is go time! Serious training/dieting , no room for cheats and drinks(luckily I don’t drink!) thank god! I do however have lots of drinks and foods that I cannot have and that is just as hard for me. My love of food is more addictive than drugs ! Seriously. Try and go 6 weeks w zero sugar . It is close to withdrawals without the danger of death, but mentally/physically daunting . The mind is so powerful and tricks you that “ awe , it fine , or “ Fuck it” it’s just one night!” I’ve seen those famous words uttered and lives were ruined by one F Up! So, Max is going full cyborg in mind and body. I will do as I am told and what I lay out. I will not succumb to temptation! Sounds like a Vow! Lol .. it is!

I may stay longer, work permitting. Had 2 massive Sushi Rolls that were 18in long!! Lol Ridiculous. Trying to pound down all my little good cheats now.

True story. Back in the day when they had legit coffee mugs in the rooms, on my first day, one had lipstick on it. I dubbed it the "sexy coffee cup". I was in the hotel the whole week. Every day I put the sexy coffee cup flipped up for them to clean. Every day they flipped it back over, lipstick still obviously on it (it was a white cup with red lipstick!). I even put coffee in it one day and left it. Never got cleaned. So yeah, hotels are naaaaasty.
