What are you guys taking? Any Herbal Remedies you guys use and it actually works?

I'm sick of taking H2 blockers, I eat tums like candy. I've tried to modify my diet but everything gives me heartburn. There's nothing I can do about it diet wise.

Just curious if there's anything I can do to make it easier on me.

I take Prilosec well generic Prilosec because the shits expensive . One pill a day and I’m good .
 
I have it myself, and not from AAS...so my doc prescribed me Omeprazole 10mg. Been suffering from it for years.

If you ever do… your heart will burn like never before if you already suffer from it. I battle it myself…. Pickles help for some reason… I eat a lot of tums here n there…. But I’d try to find natural remedies… omeprazole has some serious consequences after being on it for a long time.

not sure about Prilosec … seems like a worthy attempt tho.

Ya man me to. Just seems to be getting worse lately. Have you ever tried apple cider vinegar capsules? Or how about mixing baking soda with water?

I'm Omeprazole, none of that shit last longer then a few hours at a time and I just hate takin shit. I feel its messing up my digestion?
 
Apple cider vinegar helps but it hurts if you take it while your throat is full of acid reflux…. What’s weird is Pepsi used to help too. If it’s real real bad you might wanna see a specialist.. might have some esophageal problems that can be treated when caught early.

Haha, I can only imagine. I'd die for sure. Bro, I wake up in the morning, I have a glass of water and have heartburn haha.

I eat around 20 tums a day I think. I feel that's not good ether lol. Just fuckin blows. I'll get some pickles. I'll try anything at this point.

I am gonna try the ACV caps as drinking ACV diluted tastes pretty bad LOL. Gonna look for them at Walgreens.

I use generic nexium AM and PM and it works like a charm

Runs in my family. I recall my grandpa having to sleep on Triangle shaped pillows bc of reflux and even though he was a Marine, he never touched AAS, etc

No one in my family has but me. So of course I have it, but the nexium controls it 1000%

If I miss even 2 days and eat spaghetti I am literally ready to vomit Acid

I have it awful unless I control it

Costs me $15 a month and worth every dime

Yes this runs in my family as well...both my mother and father had it and now my brothers and I as well.

I find tomato based foods aggravate it so I gave up my mother's awesome pasta sauce :(

I use an oil from young living called “digize”. Put 3 or 4 drops in an empty gel capsule and 20 minutes later no heartburn.(I put about 8 drops when it’s really bad). Lasts all night and it’s the only thing that works for me. Good luck man that stuff is not fun

How long have you been taking it for? Do you feel it has hindered you in any way? Any side effects?

Actually had my sternum cracked when I was a kid and the doctor said it may be from that because it's putting pressure on my esophagus. Had a camera down my throat and up my ass a few years back. Just to check and see if anything was going on.

After i had covid i was waking up at night gasping for air in the middle of the night choking on acid that came up while asleep and tried to go down my wind pipe as i sucked air in,

I thought i was going to die.... Couldnt breathe, gasp gasp gasp

A lot of times ur stomach isnt making enough acid, so it over compensates and makes too much which causes the acid reflux and or heart burn... (Especially after spaghetti and red sauces as those seem to kill off, or make ur stomach over compensate)

Yo that is nasty stuff, it happens to me too. The “Digize” I was talking about kills it. I don’t sell or push the YL stuff, but that’s the only thing that worked for me.

You are my hero. I went out and got what you said man this shit actually works. I can't believe I've never tried this one.

Thank you bro, Takin two days now. One in the AM and haven't had heartburn literally at all fuckin insane. Has also helped my appetite out exponentially thanks again bro you're the man!!

if you or anyone else reading this ever need instant relief with with an additional 8 hrs of relief , try Pepcid ac complete. There is no danger of kidney damage like with other proton pump inhibitors.

I recommend you Err on the side of caution and use nexxuum for 14 days like the directions recommend, you don’t want to strain the kidneys brotha

Yip, it’s a young living product or essential oil (other than smelling good worthless oil). But yeah I have no idea what the mix is but it works for me every time. My stomach and throat were full of ulcers and I had fire juice in my throat every night. Some things would work temporarily, but digize killed it. Thank God I don’t have ulcers or the acid often anymore, but yeah the shit worked.

Took a look for it and it's like $20 for a small bottle...how much Digize do you take for heartburn? Looking to pull the trigger on Digize as don't want to take Omeprazole over the long term as I hear it isn't good to use that long.

Been on omneprazole for years doctor prescribed. I have a hiatal hernia and I get reflux everyday. And boy if I take then forget about it
