Oh no. And they never cook, faithful & loyal are two things I need plus the king treatment(sex and relaxation). Lol. The one thing I never get is a girl who can cook. It’s probably that my whole family cooks and we especially cook good Mexican/Italian so maybe they just DONT cook for me. Lol. My girl can make : potato salad , 7 layer dip, and that’s about it! Never a total home run, but she makes good money at her own business so that’s a bonus.

MaxPower Lifting Training 3 sets of 3-5 reps progressively adding weight to burn out @ 3 reps. (For 2-4 weeks) These are some of the main lifts I am doing. I will be doing variations of each as well. I am on my HRT- Test undecanoate 75mg weekly(750mg e10weeks), 4iu gh split daily , 25mg Provi split daily , 100mg nandrolone Decanoate weekly.

I am working on building strength and power for the next few weeks. I will start my bodybuilding program when I start my cycle.

Today was very busy indeed. I am going to travel to Chi-town for 4 days soon. Pretty excited, they have some of the best food in the US. Anyway, all is good, my strength and weight are going up as I increased my calories(about 100kcals eod). I am glad I am being helped out with my technique, you really forget and don’t remember the proper way to do the lifts safely! Practice is something I need to keep up on with (the whole of Bodybuilding).

I am eating a lot of chicken thighs, steak, fresh fruit ! I missed out eating them when dieting and THIGHS(grilled are the best!) IMO. Here are some of my go to meals/snacks. The soft tacos are mixed grill: fish, shrimp, chicken, and steak!! Delicious! Super excited and once I get all my supps, I’ll lay things out for ya.

So I had a noice Home Session ! Inspired me to order the rest of the Attachments I needed. I have been eating really good, clean food while raising my kcals! But, my girl got sick(just a cold: we tested) so I had to make her my Irish Potato-Leek Soup but, I added Bacon & Kale(it’s healthy). Added some Gluten free bread for her. I have to say...it was absolutely delicious! I am not a big Soup & Bread fan...at all! I think I changed my own mind ! I added 40g post cooked protein from chicken breast shredded in mine, of course . I ate a massive bowl with about 80 carbs worth of potatoes and a ton on garlic/leeks/kale/onions/Fresh herbs ; it lasted all of 5minutes but What a great easy way of Getting your calories ! I had real Italian Sourdough Ciabatta Bread w mine all crisp & warm. I can say that, if you make this for your woman, you will get major Brownie Points! She was very happy.

Time is getting closer! . I am excited, I got all very oversized clothes for my bulk, collecting up all my supps for a killer “No Holds Barred” Off season style training/eating . Can’t wait to share all my experiences with you. Btw- I read my entire log yesterday and I gotta say, “ If your new or even experienced: there is a lot of great training, meals, recipe & prep , chicas(of course), and overall learning material.
It inspired me to really kick ass the rest of the year and to kill 2022! “LETS GO!!”

Thanks . If anyone is looking for new ideas or just to brush up..I think it has a lot to offer. Glad you read it. Whenever I go on any forum or informational website; I read all the original rules, stickies, beginner information, logs, specialty sub forums because: just re-learning or learning something new or you may have forgotten stuff. Our minds NEED to constantly be exercised as well! . I also like to see the contrast from stuff posted 10 years ago and see the difference in what is trending or new. Like is said, I have done 38 different runs/programs from 4 weeks-12 weeks or longer and I can tell you, a lot of the best training and cycling programs I have done to build myself and improve my look are from old, old type programs. Of course I do modern and new stuff all the time and nutritional and supplement information have definitely improved but...you always need to have a full spectrum of knowledge. I wish I had all of “the Rock” or “Mark Wahlberg” ‘s training trailer , all pre made or chef cooked meals, top trainers with me pushing me....but that is an unreal expectation for 99.99% of guys/gals. We are regular guys! We love Bodybuilding! So, I myself (no matter how much money I’ve had or have); you want to learn and gain more knowledge, more muscle, IMPROVE YOURSELVES and your families.
1. Learn to cook (or Order clean BB meals if you have the Kizzle)
2. Get someone close to you involved(friend/acquaintance/fam) or even better, hire someone (even just for a consult).
3. Be healthy as possible
4. DO NOT RUN ...walk into things(never get in a rush and I mean that for EVERY situation)
5. If your bodyfat is higher than 16-20% lower it to at least 12% naturally and healthfully. It is sooo much better and gets you into good healthy shape before (possibly using PED’s to assist in your efforts).


I am not a preacher of any kind! I DO know that these tips are 100% helpful and you can DO THIS! I have no underlying reasons to post up and help others. My posts-logs-threads and my GOAL is to improve myself, so I can help others(like my friends, my family, and you guys!) get into the mental & physical shape that makes them happy..their ideal shape or goal. That is all.
