Back to Basics! Glad to have all of my food choices and am taking full advantage of all my dry storage for prepping my wraps and patties and bowls{bags really}. Makes it so easy to just heat and eat! I was quite irritated with my Back Widow attachment being OUT OF STOCK! But am looking at a few multi cable attachment kits. Of course it will become available again but; always right when I am ready to click BUY; whatever I am going to order is somehow sold out. Oh well, it won’t stop my progress. I am prepping now. At 218 and feeling good. Just ready to grow and dial in my physique. Hope you have a great week!! Get that food ready! You have time!! My strength is a lot more than I lead on. I just stay away from testing out my Max Max! Lol. I will get closer to doing my 3RM in a month or so. I want to see how strong my low back is and it’s strength. My shoulders too. Those are my two scary areas. Not scary but have stopped me from training for 6 weeks. Kick ass and I will update when I start my simply awesome Ester blast!!

Yea they'll make you do that. When I used tren E for a short time last spring I had to drag myself back in house. Stuff had me feeling like I could just go forever

Omg! Too funny! Almost all women look for a papa in men. They can have dads that are dicks, dads that are perfect but; one thing is; they actually seek out similarities. It is a trip, my girls dad is...was a POS, really. I am nothing like him but; I kinda had some of his traits. I hate saying that but; once he calmed his ass down and actually talked to me; he was an okay guy. Even nice! It was all a front. He treated his wife and daughter a lot better after he got caught cheating. He just had issues with women and his libido along with some gambling , lmao! Btw: I love to gamble but, I rarely do it. But, my girl now...omg, she would not of put up w me if I was not good to her. I treat her like I would a family member I love. Because I do. I do love my girls though. One thing she DOES understand! The wandering eye, the neck breaker when a fine ass walks by! Lol

I am 5’9” flat foot. My blast : I am will post up when I start; I really am waiting on some equipment before starting but it will have test Iso, para for sure. Haven’t done a blast in over 8 1/2 months. Just the gh thing. It will be very detailed though. Simple and complicated all at once. The diet part is gonna be the hard part! Lol
