•Reverse(had to use ez bar), Olympic bar was way to heavy how I had arms on bench no movement except wrists. 2 sets 5,4reps
Good Saturday!! Had some fun.... As you may have noticed on training, I have very small joints{wrists/etc} for the size of my muscles and I am thankful but, I have to take a lot of joint care supps, and sometimes
Wrapped wrists/hooks - as I have broken my hand and much more. I do extra exercises not listed to all the time; like morning yoga stretching or rehab type hold for the low back. Just preventative stuff I learned after a few breaks{sports}. I should probably list them sometime as it is important and I never mention them. Am sure the same exercises are on sports rehab site. I find a pic of with a chart showing graphic, mainly for low back, shoulder and flexebility. I get stiff holding extra muscle sometimes and quickly remember why I took classes to learn a lot of stuff I am going to implement later in life a lot more often. Always want to be agile and flexible.

They still pull up or I do and sit in the line vehicle from the drive way or street and we yell back and forth just to see each other{all the time actually}. along w Ericsson owning some patents(just to hold until they get $$. I am putting a bit of my paychex into some of the companies.
LG is another company I like; and not just the TVs. They have a life sciences division. It may be 5-15 years but a couple thousand per year towards some stocks or start ups before they go public can pay dividends.
