Low Trt amounts !! Cannot imagine when adding actual cycle amounts . Formulating plan for that phase. One inj e10 weeks of undecanoate is not ideal but, I am doing well so.. just getting to level of plan and then Max Blast ! If you could see how long that shirt is, I had to pull the excess towards my waist , it is a new xxl not even washed yet. I am 5ft 9in. flat footed so xxxl hangs down past my nutz!! Lol

Very true. How you lift it and food-supp timing along with that extra food. Because my equipment is limited; it forced me to train differently and it actually helped. I have thought about getting a half sleeve or hand tattoo but; I cannot because of some of the jobs I do; some it doesn’t matter; they actually look for it. If I did; I would probably get something very old fashioned; the way they apply the tattoo. I
was in Japan and they had a place that used the old way but; they were super sterile with 4ft. Autoclave and Biomarkers inside packs . I watched for hours. 2 - 65-70 year old man and woman were giving the tattoo to one guy. They didnt use a gun with 6-12 needles. It was by hand, I stopped by the next day and they were finishing up on the guy. I have never seen a pure place tattoo like that one. I will try to find a pic of something remotely close but, it was perfectly imperfect. So, YES! I would like on hand or lower arm sleeve. My great grandma GOD REST; now grandparents have a original Henri Mattise painting and one Picasso, if I did the lower arm; I would choose one of those pics. One is very simple just canvas and black , one is very colorful, trippy. I hope they never sell them, I would love to have one. They are NOT the millions of dollar paintings!! Expensive now; but she paid £2,200 and £3,000 in 1947.
It was a good deal of money but, she her husband was 30yrs older than her and she would spend a lot of his $$ on art and gambling!! Lol. Some other cool stuff, she was the coolest chick!! Her stories; OMG! She was not the regular great granny! She was a party girl and definitely the coolest person I ever met in my entire life; let alone being able to stay with her for 3 weeks a year. She would make everything Homemade; I rarely saw anything but jars of flour, butter, sugar, and would order all her food from different people and have it delivered, everything. she still used a landline. Strong accent. Now you have me thinking of her.

Good Saturday!! Had some fun.... As you may have noticed on training, I have very small joints{wrists/etc} for the size of my muscles and I am thankful but, I have to take a lot of joint care supps, and sometimes
Wrapped wrists/hooks - as I have broken my hand and much more. I do extra exercises not listed to all the time; like morning yoga stretching or rehab type hold for the low back. Just preventative stuff I learned after a few breaks{sports}. I should probably list them sometime as it is important and I never mention them. My low back routine, I do in the shower or on couch upon waking daily. Way to hard to describe in text but, I
Am sure the same exercises are on sports rehab site. I find a pic of with a chart showing graphic, mainly for low back, shoulder and flexebility. I get stiff holding extra muscle sometimes and quickly remember why I took classes to learn a lot of stuff I am going to implement later in life a lot more often. Always want to be agile and flexible.
•Another job offer out of town; right when I get back, of course!
•I put the Kibosh on ALL family and friends coming over at all. I hate it but, have to. They still pull up or I do and sit in the line vehicle from the drive way or street and we yell back and forth just to see each other{all the time actually}. Make it a bit better having 5:30 am Coffee in person even though they are 20-30 feet away.
•If you are an investor and young: These companies are the leaders in holographic projection technology and have a touchable hologram(MEANING): all internet, phones,
Tv, roadside signs, Vegas lights, etc, will all disappear...but not really, they will be sold as the same thing but it will be tiny and easily replaceable. You can swipe, type, talk , watch full 360deg football/porn from Amy angle and use your fingers or hand to control it. Apple/Google/ and CH have or have tried to buy all patents amd startups for this holo tech and AR. These are some leaders: HYPERVSN, Kaleida, VNTANA, Hakuhodo
along w Ericsson owning some patents(just to hold until they get $$. I am putting a bit of my paychex into some of the companies.
LG is another company I like; and not just the TVs. They have a life sciences division. It may be 5-15 years but a couple thousand per year towards some stocks or start ups before they go public can pay dividends.

Going to keep going with the experiment as I am seeing great changes in my physique. Once I hit 10iu 3x a week for a month, I will add a true blast. I am not sure exactly what as it has been over half a year since a true cycle has been done. Thinking Sust/Para/Deca or Iso/Hex/Deca along with the current Experiment. I am up for suggestions! I cannot let bf% get too high, which by how things are going, that is not gonna happen. Waist is very small, back thickness and width is ampiiifed, Super V taper is coming in nicely. Like the the experimental program even though it is very difficult w the food, sleep, and multiple jobs. I am limited to the equipment I have but, it is not hindering my gains. Learned a lot of new techniques with assistance/resistance bands and bodyweight. I wish you all a good day/evening and am following your progress as well. If you have any ideas for a Max Blast to add to gh/peptide experiment ?? Post them up! Appreciate you!

Super Busy! Wish I could accept all the work but, everything happens how it is supposed to, even though it takes time to reveal why. I am lifting really easily as far as no pain{the bad kind; a lot is because I am completely alone and have zero distraction. That part is so nice and refreshing. At gyms, I basically cannot ever have that type of solace or peace, if you will. One thing: I need more weight! I obviously use every technique to make the intensity and max load impression but, I want the damn plates and dumbbells!!
Nothing worse for me than having a want that I cannot obtain....but I am thankful, so it is what it is. I will get them; I am thinking the next two weeks they will be in my training room, I will it! Have a nice evening .

Super Busy! Wish I could accept all the work but, everything happens how it is supposed to, even though it takes time to reveal why. I am lifting really easily as far as no pain{the bad kind; a lot is because I am completely alone and have zero distraction. That part is so nice and refreshing. At gyms, I basically cannot ever have that type of solace or peace, if you will. One thing: I need more weight! I obviously use every technique to make the intensity and max load impression but, I want the damn plates and dumbbells!!
Nothing worse for me than having a want that I cannot obtain....but I am thankful, so it is what it is. I will get them; I am thinking the next two weeks they will be in my training room, I will it! Have a nice evening .

Just a few top range burners. Probably shouldn’t have but, I felt like it could do a lot more reps. I am just a tad careful w shoulders and low back. Although I have never had a shoulder issue; every guy I know does! I just had a lot of broken bones. But no, issues except low back has been hurt 2x deadlifting. So I am careful with those. Strengthening my abs and low back movements help.

This is one hell of a log! subbed! how well have you liked fullbody 5x5?

I like it but it is quite modified. Not the true 5x5. It definitely is working well. I will go more traditional in a month. I wanted to take advantage of the supps and rest. My hours get really messed up from heavy naps, odd hours.

Ohh shit! ! I had a Sicilian girl for like 3mo. , she was sexy as fuck and a booty and tits ! Huge lips. I picked her up at the Clinique counter . (That isn’t her*) She ended up with one of my 89 cousins Lol. Happens all the time. She is smokin but, if she drinks ...omg she loses her mind, like literally! I never answered or talked to her until I had to family functions. My girl hates her guts because they were friends and we at a family night and they came over , I was in the bathroom (door open) and she was with my cousin. She walked in grabbed my crotch and started kissing me like a mad woman! I stopped her and right when I did , she grabbed a hair brush and was talking to me like we see having a conversation....(I’m thinking WTF!???) I turn my head and my girl popped her head in and said what are you doing ang? She said just combing my hair. My girl didn’t see it but, to this day I don’t know how Angelina must have sensed her coming . It was super aggressive kiss with her hand grabbing my junk to instantly acting And not getting caught by a split second . Tripped me up ! Later my girl gave me the 100 questions , I never said anything because I didn’t do anything. 5 months later she tells my cousin what she did ;
got me all messed up w my girl and I literally didn’t do anything!! Damn Sicilain Blood ! Whooo weee! Omg !!

You've made pretty good progress it looks like, Def didn't think you were doing just a stronglifts variant lol. I used to love 5x5 fullbody but fuuuck they take so long

Omg! I cannot imagine . Just doing the Bill Starr version at full intensity/max output is sooo taxing 3 days, that the days off (4 full days!), are needed to recover. Each workout is basically hitting or trying to hit or surpass your PR on each lift!! Seemed to just fit perfectly for experiment; especially considering the equipment available. Hoping for that Holiday Bonus to hit so I can just bite that bullet and over pay for some sick ass dumbbells, more bumpers and the rest of the attachments to
be able to do about every exercise I do in gym beyond(large machines). I actually am enjoying the build up and appreciate the want and wait. Reminds me of having my first vehicle at 14 and working on it and all the things to order for it. Mowing lawns , delivering papers, bussing tables at the restaurant to buy the custom items e2 weeks.

Yeah man it can be brutal unless you're an absolute noobie and benefit from adding weight every workout. How do you keep your strength from plateauing? Do you deload or just go by feel?

I stay browsing craigslist for plates and bumpers but they're ungodly expensive right now with the pandemic shit going on. Building a homegym is super nice though, not having to wait on equipment and being able to blast whatever music you want to is amazing

Well that is multifactorial. Macro:training : supp : each one of those have 20 to unlimited combinations. You just do something until it stops working and change one thing or 10 factors . Pretty much after having 5-7 years of your log books you can just grab one from a few years ago and follow a past program that worked for you. Possibly adjust your SUP and macro amounts and follow that program.
