Hell ya primo test t bol. Ya I'm interested what rc you're using I'm gonna give g.c. adex a shot too, the company I been using has dropped the ball this last batch hasn't been working as good. I gotta take over 2mgs of adex a week with Nolva while cruising to keep my gyno bull shit down and acne been outta control its all high e2 symptoms. Hcg def makes it flare,too.

Flat bench..with warmup included..stretched chest and shoulders completely

135x10..225x4..315x4..365x3..385x2 with spot/liftoff (new PR). Previous was 375x2 months ago when I ran Tren for the first time... fuckin Super stoked!! Didn't log the other lifts as my goal today was to try for PR.. success.. I do however know my lifts today, just not the reps

Incline DB press x4

Close grip BB flat press x4

Push-ups x4

New routine has my main focus on compound exercises for 1 main muscle group... Example= chest day/leg day/back day/shoulder day/ tri/bi/forearm day..repeat ... 5 on 2 off

Riding a natural high with today's workout..some day in my life I would like to hit 405 on bench..but I'm not going to rush it...it will happen eventually..
So far so good with the new gear..only sides are acne and night sweats..

It really has hit me now.. I've never been stronger in my entire life while weight training..every lift has gone up..setting new PRs this past week..I'm 3 1/2 weeks into the new replacement blend and 5 1/2 weeks from test e...this is really getting exciting now..was curling 70s finally on arms day..overall I'm definitely happy.. finally seeing some vascularity in forearms..I'm still too fat but I'm making steady progress..it's been a good recomp thus far..I know I'm adding lbm because I'm getting stronger week by week..if I could just focus a bit more on dropping fat vs gaining muscle I'll be on my way..I'm always trying to gain muscle firstly then loose fat secondly..after this week I'm going to change up strategy and try to drop bf% as main priority and add lbm secondary..it's always been a real problem for me because I always want to be bigger..but anyways..enough babbling now.. postwo meal pic and a forearm shot...I'll get some more full body pics up soon..I feel great and as stated before my only sides are acne and night sweats..everything else has been on the positive side..bloods in cple weeks as well..stay tuned

So far only have tried for PR on bench 385 for 2 ... Dead 405 .. DB row 145s that's as far as compound exercises.. going for shoulders OHP both barbell and DB.. this week also..next is legs..thnx for stopping by

So wherever the scale ends up at the point I'm satisfied with my look, that's my mission...I'm tired of being fat..I'm just taking it slower so I can peel the fat off and keep it off..not going to do any hardcore drastic cut..just slow and steady for me, not in a rush..plus when I diet hardcore, I always loose a bunch of strength..and honestly, I just feel crappy. I want to stay strong and still enjoy food..been eating clean just need to lower portions is the plan..thanks for checking in L

Pics coming this weekend..I've grown I know because strength took a sizeable increase recently and clothes have been fitting tighter..weight is 242lbs..the muscle is there, just need to focus on shredding it up now..today starts new regiment of fasted cardio 6x per week 30min..stay tuned

Not even going to try for 2 more weeks..once a month on 1-2 rep max lifts...I learned the hard way trying to max out too soon in a short period of time on deadlifts and it ended up with injury..

Feel great and strong...acne is hitting me hard tho, not yet time for low dose accutane again, but it's creeping up on me quick...comes with the territory tho..I have a script for more doxycycline and I'll run that before any tane is used ..been thru this acne cycle before so I know the ropes.. weight is 241 this morning..meal is steak kabobs again..I have these damn things once a week it seems.. they're fire

Bro.. without a doubt..top 3 meals without a doubt .too bad I over cooked the meat a bit and dried it out a touch.. I usually cook this meal in the crock pot..but didn't have time..so came out a bit off..still tasted great and I think the protein ratio was still on point lol
