Summer shredder Brutus

just had a 3D scan by a local coach , might compete Physique in December ,.we will see.
 
What kind of fuckery is that with the blacked out weight like it’s classified other than that you look good

I did one of those fit scan 3D things last year. Heaven knows how accurate they are for BF% but good info none the less.

Diet is actually not bad , i can live with it , i get a carbUp every 3 days or so.

i have lost 20lbs in 6-7 weeks , thats good for me.

might do a show in December , so i need to start thinking about prepping for that , im on a good spot right now.
 
been crusing for about 3 weeks now..

eating clean , still trainning 4-6 times per week.
