Hey everyone, In the 90's, I did a lot of research into AAS and training. I did very well and achieved my goals thru my self education from these forums. I have spent a few months catching up to find out that there is a lot more great updated info along these subjects. I feel that I have caught up, I just started a cycle after a dozen or so years and I feel that I can be more efficient than ever due to a few things that I have learned from new studies. Best of luck to all that want to achieve their goals and I may be new to this forum but I have a great deal of knowledge and experience with AAS so feel free to ask me about technical things. I do a great job of explaining things in a way that everyone can understand because I have no desire to try to make myself seem smart by using big words.. Again Hello and my name is Lex.
