    Hgh

    I've heard before workout. Also heard after workout. Any science base data as to which is better?

    I think it's preference and works about the same either way. Fouad Abiad and Seth Feroce talked about this the other day actually. Feroce does the same I do, either just at bed or if it's large enough to split the dose it's part in the morning and part at night. If I forget to take it in the morning I just do it right when I get home before the gym and then again before bed.

    I don't believe the timing makes a whole lot of difference. Never has for me

    me personally take my T4 before bed and hgh when i wake up... body temp is up all day long

    Why do people opt for T4 on GH opposed to T3?

    i just picked up some T3 but donít want to start it if itís going to react negatively with my 3iu of Gh

    T4 is non active... the gh converts it to T3.. so if T3 levels get low ya can do it either way i guess..lol... actuallly not sure what would be the best way... maybe go the bitiron route, T4/T3 mix

    I take it in the morning you naturally release gh during sleep so I dont want to interupt my natural pulse at night by injecting it
