Hey guys, new to the forums and wanted to start a journal. Mostly to build relationships with other members and gain knowledge from those more experienced then I.
Run down
33 years old
192 lbs
6 foot
13-15 percent bodtfat
Workout routine:
One bodypart per day
Triceps
Legs
Chest
Biceps
Off
Shoulders
Back
I do about 20 sets per bodypart. I start with a main compound for each and train it heavy for multiple sets. Then from there it depends how I’m feeling on the day.
Cycle: currently running 630 mg test C per week with 50 mg of Anadrol pre workout on workout days. Been on this cycle for 5 weeks so I’ll be dropping the Anadrol soon. I get blood work next week so we will see where things are.
Diet: the overall calories very by the day. But the weekly average is 3550 per day. I ensure I get 240 grams protein per day and eAt a lot of healthy foods but I am more concerned about calories and don’t have a target fat or carb intake. Typically fats are around 75-100 grams per day. Sometimes more.
