    Brick by Brick

Hey guys, new to the forums and wanted to start a journal. Mostly to build relationships with other members and gain knowledge from those more experienced then I.

    Run down
    33 years old
    192 lbs
    6 foot
    13-15 percent bodtfat

    Workout routine:
    One bodypart per day

    Triceps
    Legs
    Chest
    Biceps
    Off
    Shoulders
    Back

I do about 20 sets per bodypart. I start with a main compound for each and train it heavy for multiple sets. Then from there it depends how Iím feeling on the day.

Cycle: currently running 630 mg test C per week with 50 mg of Anadrol pre workout on workout days. Been on this cycle for 5 weeks so Iíll be dropping the Anadrol soon. I get blood work next week so we will see where things are.

Diet: the overall calories very by the day. But the weekly average is 3550 per day. I ensure I get 240 grams protein per day and eAt a lot of healthy foods but I am more concerned about calories and donít have a target fat or carb intake. Typically fats are around 75-100 grams per day. Sometimes more.

Also I just picked up some gear church test ace/Mast p blend. I may add that my final 6-8 weeks as End to my bulk. Iíve never ran Tren so I know it can be harsh. Iím planning if I do run it Iíll do 50mg EOD and evaluate from there.

Also my test c I do 360 mg every 4 days which equates to an average of 630 per week. Also I run armidex at .5 eod currently. May adjust based off next weeks mid bloods.

    Also todayís workout

    Legs

    Full squats:
    300x5
    315x5, 5, 5
    Pause sets
    275x5,5,5
    Back off sets
225x12,12 (back Pump was a bit much so stopped here)

    Leg press
    300x12
    320x10
    340x9
    350x7, 7

    Single leg extension
    50x15
    60x12
    70x10

    Leg extension
    160x10
    150x12
    140x12 drop 110x3 drop 80x3

    Single leg curl
    30x20
    35x15
    37.5x12
    40x10
    42.5x9 drop 35x3 drop 25x3

    V squat finisher
    180x20 rest pause 3 rest pause 3

ThAts it. Im not big on leg extensions but the back pumps from squats were a bit much and carried over to leg press. Next week may cut out back off squats or do them heavier.

Diet plan today: 3800 calories (leg days are typically higher)

Very well then. Let's see what you got. Tell us more, how long have you been training? how much experience do you have with PED's?

Been training for about 10 years. Lots of those years were spinning my wheels and not knowing how to train or eat properly.

This is my second cycle. First one was pretty basic at straight Test C and 500 mg per week with no orals. Kept this one basic as well but upped the test to 600 per week and added the anadrol for 4-6 weeks depending on bloods. And planning to finish with the Tren ace mast blend, mostly because I want to see how my body responds to it to see if I want to do it for future cycles.

    75x15
    90x12
    105x10
    120x8 Drop 90x3 Drop 75x3

Peck Deck Superset Incline Hammer Press: (30 sec rest in between peck deck and incline hammer, then 2 min between sets)
    115x13/80x10
    115x12/80x8

    115x10/70x10

    CHEST FINISHER:

These are killer, basically play the following
. When the song says bring sally down you go to the bottom of the rep and hold it until it says bring it back up. Continue until the whole song is complete. Burns you out, especially tough on squats.

    Rope Pressdown:
    4 plates x16 Rest Pause 4 Rest Pause 4 Rest Pause 4 = 28
Good workout, with my workouts I only do one major bodypart per day which is my main focus. After I finish that bodypart I will add in extra stuff for other bodyparts that may have already been hit hard by the main bodypart that day. Only if I have time and I feel recovered.
Today was chest day so decided on some extra shoulder work and a little triceps at the end. Good workout

Also decided to switch my adrol dosage. Was doing 50 mg pre workout but have noticed a lot of bloat. Decided to try something new to see how I like it for the last couple weeks on an oral. Did 25 mg adrol and 25 mg winny pre workout today. Felt strong, we will see how this works.

    Diet Today:
    3800 calories

Had a good back workout today, but have decided to start a John Meadows program starting on Saturday. Its one of his new ones called Odin Force, I am a huge fan of John Meadows and I like how the workouts are very layed out and he has some cool techniques incorporated as well.

Also, I have been doing some research on test and thyroid. Is it necessary to supplement with T3 when using higher dosages of steroids?

Haven't changed that one out yet. I like his programs too, they're brutal!

No, T3 isn't necessary at all unless you have a deficiency. Especially not when putting on size

Yeah they look brutal, I figure itís better to do a routine like his then instinctive high volume like I have been.

Thanks bro, was not to sure if I should look into it more or not. I am getting a full blood panel on Monday so when that comes back Iíll post it up to get feedback.
