Feelin a bit let down.
Chest n tris.
Killed it on shoulders n tris.
Yet I feel I didn't activate my chest well enough. Better fuckin feel it tomorrow or I'm gonna be pissed. Lol
Using dumbbells flat incline and steep incline. pec Deck. Was staying a bit narrow on. DB presses. So. I assume my tris took more of the load. But was hoping not to go. Wide cause my long ass arms tend to. Havey shoulders crunch going wide. Guess I need more distance. Was trying to. Stick with a 45 degree angle At elbows and not sink down to far.. I dunno. Guess I just didn't make the mind muscle connection tonight. Smh... Fuck.. Back bis and traps tomorrow. Better day ahead.
