Bioavailability of pasterized liquid egg whites..

    Bioavailability of pasterized liquid egg whites..

    I drink about 100g of protein worth of these a day. 50 upon waking and another 50g before bed. The rest of my protein is from real foods.

    Am I getting the full 100g or do I need to cook them to reap the benefits of full bioavailability?

    Nah man youíre good, pasteurization process is what gives the full bioavailability through breaking... I honestly forget the compound that is broken down which prevents full absorption but yeah youíre good

    Yeah there's some enzyme in raw ones that interfere with digestion but like Lok said the pasteurization process takes care of that. Drink away! I'm at 20oz daily right now
