    Meet Prep cycle TD

    About to start prepping for another powerlifting meet so I needed some goodies. Fast shipping as aways

    Test Cyp, Tren E, Anadrol and some MK-677 cause I canít afford GH

    Starting off with 600mg of Test and 400mg of tren a week, but I may ramp it up some as the meet gets closer. Anadrol the last 4-6 weeks

    Always been interested in the power lifting lifestyle.. my bad on newb questions but how long is your "prep" for a meet? Is any Halo incorporated or just adrol?

    Typically a meet prep last either 16 or 12 weeks broken down into 4 week blocks called strength blocks
    Most coaches depending on the ďathleteĒ will program 3 strength weeks and a deload week in each block. Deload is needed to help recover from the hard training the previous weeks. So in a 12 week prep Iíll have 3 strength block and a peaking block leading up to the meet. The peaking block Iíll work with triples, doubles and singles for my main lifts.
    Depending on the coach or program followed will determine how you train during the blocks. So many different ways and theories on gaining strength.
    I personally love powerlifting and the community it has. The lifters are supportive of each other and will cheer for one another whether youíre benching 225 or 500plus.

    I love halo for meets if I can find it. If I can get ahold of it Iíll use it the last 2 weeks leading up to the meet.
