    Working with montego right now as well and gotta day the difference I see in the week is phenomenal as well really helps to have a second set of eyes and someone that holds you accountable

    Slacking on updates. Did upper loading today and I can not believe how good I feel on montegos diet and program. This week I feel much leaner and stronger then last. Iíve had a few set backs but my coach has guided me trough. Iíll post the workout later

    Quick update I did lower loading today and everything was up 5 to 10 pounds with the same reps Iíll update more later work is been so busy I have not been able to be on here as much all I Gotta say though is I look very full and I feel so much bigger. Montegoís diet really has my muscles full and I am Excited what long-term looks like as far as muscle growth. Energy is also very high Even on 4 to 5 hours asleep

    When I was training with Tren2K14 I would often have difficulty gauging my strength level at a given point in a workout for a particular exercise, especially squats because I have an ego problem with legs anyway, and squats would often come at different levels of pre-exhaustion depending on what we were focusing on at the moment.

    I would often set my weight too high on the first set and grit my way through it anyway, and die hard on each subsequent set. Always made me feel like a huge pussy knowing T2K was gonna see my numbers later even though I knew what I was doing wrong.

    So I am terrible at updating this thing but everything is going awesome I am getting stronger on all my lifts and the diet is going great. Iíd be lying if I said Montego does not know what heís doing lol. Iíll get some updated pics when I get bigger
