Get Shredded!
Hey guys, Quick nutrition question. I lost a ton of fat simply by eating healthier and dropping my carbs to basically nothing and upping my protein to about 230G a day. I'm looking to add on lean mass but not fat. If i add 3-4 Sweet potatoes a day into my diet would that be feasible? This is my current meal plan everyday for the last 5 months or so. i was 261 beefy lots of fat because i ate whatever i wanted everyday and just cut down to 211 a lot leaner and i’m currently eating

Breakfast: 25G protein shake
Snack: 5 hard boiled egg whites and a 15G Tuna packet
Lunch: 15G Tuna packet with 30G protein shake
Snack: 20G protein Bar and a 12G greek yogurt
2nd Lunch: 2 Chicken breasts

WORKOUT

then last meal of the day is generally something high in protein with minor carbs.

Adding some carbs won't hurt.

Start with 100 or so grams of carbs a day. Track your weight and do weekly pictures so you can better judge how you're progressing. Adjust the amounts from there depending on how it's going.

Good work so far.
