    I'm told this coach doesn't like to rely on diuretics and uses as little as possible.

    Switched from arimidex to Letro yesterday. 1.25mg eod, will ramp up to show.

    That is the smart move. Too many things can go wrong if you make a mistake. I only work with people I can view directly. None of the prep GUru's let out their diuretic programs for a reason.

    The last 10 days I bump A Dex up to 1 a day plus 30-40 mgs of Nolvadex. The last 3 weeks add 100 mgs of Winstrol every day. I will drop carbs to 200 gram/day 10 days out and hold steady, slowly increasing the carbs each day.

    That may work well. Use the time to gradually increase calories so that his body has a chance to fill out. If he is carb depleting/loading his body has to recover first. If he is starving himself, then depletes and loads he will be flat and stringy on stage. 2-3 days is not enough time to fill out It is possible to overtrain and over diet if you finish with at least 8-10 days of more food and less training volume. Do 20 minutes of hard posing every day. Drop cardio 7 days out. You can get a super compensation effect this way if you back off.

    Add 100 mgs of winstrol a day last 3 weeks. Bump tren ace to 100 mgs/day every day. Increase Nolvadex.

    Looks he is gonna push it back to the next show. He had a couple refeeds after he decided and he blew up. It was amazing how much he puffed up and rounded out, looked like he gained 10-15lbs overnight.

    Was this decision due to the inability to make weight by the date of the original show?

    He's holding 225-230. Weight is not wanting to come down anymore. Coach pulled out all testosterone, so just mast p and tren a now. I think drol dropped too. 350 tren/525 mast. 100 tren a eod, 150 mast p eod

    Good God no wonder he looks so miserable. Tren is probably one of the best replacements for testosterone (imo) but it still sucks. Tried that one for a while.

    Seems like the 212 just isn't for him anymore. Time to battle with the big boys! Lol

    I believe it was his goal to do 212.
    Around 40-50 lbs. cut if I remember correctly. That's a lotta weight though.

    Yes still on hgh but only doing half what he's supposed to be. Now 2iu once a day, supposed to be 2iu twice a day. I asked him yesterday, I said you've only used 2 kits this whole prep, you can't be running much. So then he says yeah only 2iu once a day.

    I really don't know, other than he will probably get a much higher placing at 212 since he's lost some muscle at this point.
