I think he means why aren't you doing sets with reps in the 2-5 range, but I'm not sure?
Those are some heavy sets for 8 reps though either way. You're damn strong!

To answer that question (if that’s in fact what Monte meant) is that I’m trying to stay in the 6-8 range so I can stay in the hypertrophy mode. I’m gonna try to pack on and keep as much size as possible between now and my next cycle so I can hopefully continue to get more size before January. I feel like I’m too small at this point, but I guess we’ll see

If you’re unfamiliar with the benefits of box squats, I HIGHLY encourage you to introduce yourself to the depths of Hell lol keep in mind, your form and core needs to be no-shit tight and controlled, as soon as your ass hits the box, STOP, don’t allow yourself to actually “sit”, it’s purely just to make you stop all momentum, and make you start from nothing on the ascent. A great tool for blasting through plateaus.

Straight Arm Lat Pulldowns:
4X15 @57.5lbs

I actually like sitting completely to take away momentum even more so. Then I explode after completely putting all weight down. That's a low box though. I might have to give it a shot. My usual box squat is at bench press height.

So I need some input from you guys that have used Cialis. I have NO CLUE what to do as far as the dosing goes. I’ve heard people rant and rave about the pumps so I hit up GC and I got it today. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I just take 5-10 mg daily but not so much for the pumps but the boners and bp benefits etc...If you wanted to use it strictly as a pre workout thing..anywhere from 5-20mg 1-1.5hr pre workout...play with it and see what dose works best for you.

Daily Cialis is excellent for many bodily benefits besides helping Oscar Meyer.
 
The shaker will shake up easier as you use a little bit too. It can be a little difficult to reconstitute at first. I use half a dropper per day. More than enough. Some days I miss a dose and I'm still gtg.

I just used a syringe with the needle removed and did 1/2 an mL today before my lift, so according to the dosing that should’ve been around 12.5mg

That was me actually haha. I was a bit nervous at first and didn't want a trip to the ER so I got a bit overly analytical about it. I now just shake the bottle while tapping the bottom to break loose any sediment, fill up 1/3-1/2 dropper and down the hatch. First thing every morning
