    Cycle advice

    Looking for some cycle advice. Currently running a dbol/deca/test cycle (12 weeks) and was thinking about just segueing into an 8-10 week tren cycle. Running back to back. Not a first time user. Here’s my current cycle and some stats.

    47 year old male. 5’9”. Currently 220 +/- lbs. 19% bodyfat. Have run AAS off and on over past 20 years for sports and bodybuilding competition. Recently got back on the horse three years ago after a five year hiatus. I do trt now-a-days, so I blast and cruise two cycles a year. Currently in week 12 of a planned 16 week deca/dbol/ test cycle.

    Week 1-4
    Dbol 50mg a day

    Week 1-16
    Deca durabolin. 400 mg week

    Week 1-16
    Test C 800mg week

    Anastolozol
    .5 mg every other day

    Nolvadex 20 mg
    Week 1-4

    So. Usually try and do two cycles a year, broken up, and then return to trt dose test C 200 mg a week in the off time.

    But, was thinking about just running a tren/test/masteron cycle for 8-10 weeks at the end of my current cycle to make some hard dry gains, then maybe cut up for an amateur physique show I am planning on dping in early august. My planned tren cycle is

    Week 1-10
    Tren A 400mg broken up 3 days a week

    Test C dropped down to 250 a week

    Anastrozole .5 every other day

    Was thinking of running masteron with it at 400 mg a week, as I want to diet and drop body fat during cycle. Thinking about getting down to 10% by mid July.

    Any suggestions.

    Damn. You need to cut that bodyfat percentage in half. Not healthy at all, especially at your age and running excess hormones, too.

    I would continue the test and Deca only and fix whatever is broken diet, training and cardio wise to shed some fat.

    I don't see an issue with guys using AAS at higher bf most of the time.

    The issue I see with what you posted is that, at a certain point, body fat wise, diet wise,age wise, time on cycle, all of the above, you will not continue to add lean tissue at any type of noticeable rate. If you do, you will be adding enough fat that you're going to lose any lean tissue when you do diet off the fat.

    Get your nutrition and cardio in line, bring the body fat down then revisit adding lean when your body will have a better response to do so.
