cut, lean, shredded, striation, veins all over

Today I made the sodium and potassium count I take with food


Result:
sodium -> 2500 mg
potassium -> 2900 mg


In addition to this I sometimes take a gram of salt preworkout or a preworkout supplement that contains about 700 mg of sodium


I also have a 300 mg/tablet potassium supplement.

yes but ... I don't have time.

Diet?
mmh..and how do I do if I'm never home?

I get up early.
Prepare meals to take to the office
and go to the gym as soon as it opens.

It's just question of choices and priorities

is there anything better than rice with a pinch of salt?

Perhaps only rice cakes crumbled with a couple of tablespoons of oil can compete.

water retention is an imbalance between these elements.
in addition to estrogens, drugs, inflammations, etc.

it is not as simple as taking a little more potassium ... it can certainly help but the discussion of water-salt balance is more complex

I’m big on Mg supplementation as well!
This is prolly the most overlooked and under consumed element today., especially if you spend most of your life in the gym like me!
