It goes a little laterally but with a good sort of body recomposition.
It looks less fat and maintains good volumes.
The diet has not changed but I manage the carbohydrates by day.
That is, the diet includes 450 grams of rice per day which correspond to about 360 gr of carbo = 1440 Kcal.
However, from day to day, I remove here and there a few grams so as to have a shortage of 50-100 grams at the end of the day.
Other days I make them full as scheduled and if I feel the need I do a day of "recharge" by eating something more.
Since I take the hgh frag I feel the need to eat some extra fat.
From thirty to fifty grams a day.
