Threw a lil dose of methyltren (injectable) pre-w/o for back today . I really like this stuff its just really harsh on the body. Pinned my lats a really good place to pin in my opinion. It gets hella sore if its firat time in a while.

Back day today

My girl actually got up to go to the gym with me this morning. Did 10 minutes on the bike before legs and shoulders and then finished with 20 minutes cardio. A little extra cardio in the shower when we got home :) I try to get her to go with me more but most mornings she is not feeling the 4am alarm.

Gunna switch up some movements todsy and really focus on the contraction.

Smith machine shoulder press 5 sets

Upright rows( bb) 4 sets

Cable reverse flies (rear delt) 5 sets

Seated lateral db raises 4 sets

Standing( with my head resting on top of bench )reverse flies (db) 4sets

Bb shoulder shrugs behind back grip 4 sets

Bb front raises SS with 25 pound plate drivers counting to 10 which end up more then 10reps

Machine lateral raises single arm SS with both arms.

I ended training with 3 sets of single armed preacher curls SS w double arm preachers.

Yes its typical and yes all of the above. I dont need itbinbthe bedroom but hey it can be fun. I found some of the absolute best tadalafil ive used in a long time 20mgs is kore than a sufficient dose

I found a solid source for my marathon pills that has a tablet with 100 mg’s of viagra mixed with 20 mg’s of cialis. Shits amazing !!

Here’s today’s workout. I’m on a new anti inflammatory that’s working great so I have started doing cardio again as well.

Legsday today

I have to be honest...last 2 days have been so bad for my dietboth days started off as any other clean whole foods...then dinner time comes and it was pizza(i had a little bit of iced cream too) and the pizza isnt even that bad after a heavy back day on tren and gh. Last night was the worst tho... chinese buffet , now ifni wer to say no it wouldn't have been a big deal but my daughter was so excited to go as she loves that crap and we dont let her eat too much crap food ...so we went i tried to pick healthier options but yuk they wer all cold and been out for a while cos noone wants the healthy stuff at the buffet.

So its back on track today forward.
