Meal #1
4 whole eggs
1 cup egg whites

Meal #2
40g whey
2 tbsp peanut butter natural

7oz chicken
1 cup Brussel sprouts

1/2 rice

Meal #5 post workout shake

Upper loading B went well today. Strength has started to decrease some since starting PCT. My current protocol is the following:

1000IUs HCG 3x week for first 3 weeks
50mg clomid ED for 6 weeks
20mg Nolvadex ED 6 weeks

June 11th Upper Loading B

Hammer Row iso - 135lbs per arm 10, 8

Rack pulls 405lbs 10, 10 reps

DB decline press 120lbs 10, 7 reps

High Cable Flys 135lbs 12 reps
Drop set 100lbs 10 reps

DB shoulder press 80lbs 12, 10 reps

DB lateral raises 40lbs 10, 10 reps

Underhand tricep extensions 165lbs 12, 12

So the key here, don't let the mind control your output in the gym..

You're going to lose strength but, keep the weight on the bar as long as you can. If you're hitting 8 reps on something you usually get for 10, just keep that weight there and don't increase the reps unless you're under 6.

Same idea as our regular loading and such. Heavy as possible.

Final checkin before vacation. Weight is down to 244lbs. Feeling good right now on PCT. night sweats have finally subsided. I’m guessing the Tren finally left my system. LOL.

Here are the pics from this morning. I feel and look visibly tighter and leaner. Still holding on to size from what I can tell.

So I didn’t really talk about my wife much on here but she has worked just hard as me with diet and training. The results have been pretty amazing for her. She got back into lifting only 4 months ago. Very proud of her. We are beach ready!!

Got in some Upper DC training in yesterday. Felt good taking a break from the beach and getting a good workout in. Felt strong as well so that was good. PCT is still going well so far. My weight is sticking around 246 right now. Had one session of cardio this week as well.

Incline hammer press RP - 135lbs per arm 10, 6, 6

Stretch pushups 20 reps

Incline Db flys RP - 40lbs 12, 8, 6

Close grip low rows RP - 200lbs 10, 7, 6

Stretchers 140lbs 10 reps

Hammer shoulder press RP- 135lbs per arm 12, 7, 6

Reverse pec deck 160lbs 16, 15 reps

Thanks brotha. No real mental sides other than not feeling as strong but the strength is still there right now if that makes sense.

I will get bloods at the 6 week mark before jumping into another blast for sure. If my normal test levels don’t rebound well I will definitely stay on from here on out.

Got a good workout again today. Strength feels good and still holding weight while on PCT. Here is what went down.

June 18th Lower DC

Leg Press Mid stance RP - 14 plates 12, 8, 7 reps

Lying leg curl 175lbs 8, 6, 5

Romanian split squats RP - 155lbs 8, 6, 6

Adductor - stack 15, 15

Calf raises RP - 185lbs 12, 10, 10, 10
2 min weighted stretch 135lbs on bar

Bicep curls 30lbs 24 reps alternate every 2 sets

I agree great looking couple. If your wife ever wants to log some Var we’d be very open to do so killionb12. If she works as hard as you do we’d love to have her in the future.

Here is my Lower Loading from the other day. PCT is going well still. I’m seeing a slight decrease in strength. My weight is holding tight at 241.8.

Thanks man! I came off last summer after a cycle and held on to my size. Maybe lost 5 pounds but added some fat. I’m still on 4iu of GH a day so I’m sure that helps.
