God me too. It's good ground up to about 90/10 but bottom round steak reminds me of chewy cardboard lol.

Awesome, I hope this goes on. I've been following along the whole time and it's been solid. He's done phenomenal, it's amazing what can be accomplished with a good coach and some solid progressive overload!

Yeah it gets old quick. I rotate between eye of round, top round and bottom round. It all tastes the same and is tough as hell. LOL

Weekly pic updates. Weight is holding around 247.8 but I didn’t realize that the NPP I had leftover that i started using was 150mg per ml. So I had been taking 600mg a week the past two weeks vs 400mg previously.

My lower DC workout yesterday went off without a hitch. Felt great the entire workout. Strength and stamina was there. I had a few days earlier this week that wasn’t the case. Felt exhausted and didn’t have much energy but fought through the workout. I was glad I was back to myself this weekend.

June 3rd Lower DC

Pin selector leg press RP - 410lbs 12, 10, 10

Lying leg curl RP - 175lbs 10, 7, 6

Romanian split Squat RP - 165lbs 12, 8, 6

Adductor - stack +35lbs 15, 15

Calf press 160lbs RP 12, 10, 8
2nd set RP - 10, 9, 6

Palms up curls 30lbs 2 sets of 24 alternating every 4 reps

Upper Loading today went great. Strength is still there but losing a little endurance on this cut. Muscles are wearing out quicker for sure. The pump today was intense and I loved every minute of it.

BB Bent Over Rows 250lbs 9, 8

I sure hope that pct goes really bad or really good quickly lol.

Progress is made between cycles far more then during.

Yep I have always come off but I hadn’t done AAS since my mid 20’s. Started back up about 2 years ago. So it was about a 12 year break from it. Kids and work took priority.

Hey guys sorry for no updates recently. My mother’s celebration of life was this weekend and we had to travel for this. It’s been a hectic weekend but I’m headed to the gym today with cardio to follow. Will have pic updates and weight first thing tomorrow. Hope you all are having a good weekend. The celebration of life went really well and it was great to share stories and memories with so many family members and close friends.

Yeah, no doubt everything improved. good gear, good coaching, but most importantly killion busted his ass the whole time with hard work and dedication, and it shows right there in the final pics.

Again, good job killion and montego.
 
Thanks brotha. Still not done yet but I’m happy with the results for sure. Life caught up with me at times which can slow down progress. I’m currently sitting at 245lbs this morning. I will post update pics again before vacation starts on Thursday.

Haha all thanks to you. I really appreciate your expertise throughout this short journey. Learned a ton about my body and how it responds to changes whether it’s nutrition or training. That’s the most exciting aspect, but the changes in my body composition are definitely worth it as well!!
