Alright lower loading was a huge success. Set PRs with BB squats and hack squats. Felt really strong today. Must have been that higher dose of Tren Ace. This cycle has been great so far and of course the top notch coaching from Montego. Guys it’s pretty simple, just follow what he says and put in the effort. You will see growth! Get in on that deal. Best thing I have ever done.

That increase in weight has gotten me sore today in the lower body. Love that feeling and hopefully that means growth to come!

Weekly pic updates. Weight is down to 248.2. Cardio and the adjustments to my macros Im taking in has helped tighten me up considerably this week. Let me know what you all think. Montego and Uncle Z has got me locked in!
