I am t3 for my cut and was taking second opinion from a very renowned coach in my area (he has trained the local pros for a long time)
He told me to pyramid and reverse pyramid t3. Like start from 25 then 50 then 100 then 125, 150, 175 and then back to 25 and repeat. He said this way, I wont do permanent damage to my thyroid (LOL) and results will be better.
This is something I found very weird. I have never ever heard about this protocol. Any comments ?
