    Pretty much the same as Saturday... Sundays is usually spend time with the family day. Went out with the wife. Cycle is almost over so I'm a little more lax. I'm glad this bulk is coming to an end. Looking forward to drop down to maintenance calories and doing a slight body recomp.

    So I wasn't able to rep PR today, but I matched my previous max of 225x6 on the bench. I felt overall pretty good so I decided to do some overload work with the Mark Bell Slingshot. It's basically an assisted bench. Allows you to bench a heavy weight and makes it lighter out of the bottom so you can get used to the heavier weight at the top. Felt really good and I feel this is gonna be a useful tool to improving my bench. I will definitely include these in the future.


    Finished off with my usual accessories and got an awesome pump in. Blood flow was insane, skin tearing, muscle bursting pump! Chest and shoulders have some slight striations now. I can see myself getting significantly leaner, whilst being bigger despite what the scale and BF meter says.

    So it's been awhile since I've pinned TNE/Test Base so I figured I finish my last week with a bang and I will use it on my two leg/lower days. It's the first time I'm using the full 1ml (100mg) dose. Felt really good. I was able to hit 315x5 squat like I did previously... I actually planned to do 6, but once I got to 5 I could feel my knees buckling and I knew that if I attempted #6, it would be a full on RPE10 grinder fest so I opted not to.


    My back was super tight after the squats, but I managed to push through and finish out with everything including my accessories. I've also thrown in some Romanian Deadlifts since I've been having some trouble with my deadlifts recently and figured that it would help me get some strength up.


    Overall really good workout, I got a really decent pump despite it being a lower day. Weighed in at 213.2 LBS at approximately 16.1% BF (Estimated with OMRON Handheld Unit). Progress pic below. Can definitely see myself leaning out despite what the scale and BF monitor say... Just a little tiny bit of abs peaking out at the top. My chest and shoulders have some striations and muscles feel a lot more dense. It's not really visible in the picture or with the lighting, but you can definitely see it in person and even my workout partner pointed it out. Veins in my arms are really visible in person as well.

    Final Stretch. I pinned my left glute. For some reason it was the longest pin I've ever experienced... I aspirated blood on the first attempt so I pulled it out and switched needles. Second attempt took like a whole 5 minutes to pin the entire amount. I guess the blood from the initial aspiration clogged the pin so it was a bit stuck, pretty uncomfortable and sweating bullets. I hate pinning with my left hand.


    Other than that slight bump in the road, it was a normal rest day. I didn't really log it since I kinda have an idea of what I'm eating and how many calories I'm intaking.

    So we're down to the last 2 days of the cycle. I'm kinda sad, yet really glad it's coming to an end. It's been a really good cycle. It started off with a slightly bumpy road with source issues and then after that was resolved, things were only uphill from there. I met a lot of the goals and beyond some that I had. Overall, I'm very happy with my results.


    Today's workout, I decided to keep the weight a little lower on the Overhead Press, doing 170lbs instead of 185lbs. I was supposed to hit 5, 6 for a rep PR. On my 4th rep, my left quad cramped up and I had to shift weight to my right side which ultimately lead me to fail on the 6th rep. The weight felt super light prior to the cramp. I think I could have went for a 7 rep PR had that not happened. Recently my left quad has been cramping up ever since I did the 185 OHP for the first time. I try stretching it out before working out, but even that hasn't helped. Gonna see if I can do some fascial tissue work and recover it.


    Hit my usual accessories and decided to decrease the reps on some in trade for a slightly higher weight. Pump felt really good. Shoulders were on fire. Good way to end my last pump day of this cycle.

    Alright.. Last pin today. Went into my right VG. Favorite spot, and easy to pin. Went in no problems. Also pinned 100mgs of Test base as I was looking to break my deadlift rep PR.


    I was shooting to at least match my rep PR of 365x5 deadlifts or even shoot for a x6. Ended up only doing 4 reps. I attempted the 5, but I hesitated and I think that's overall what led me to fail it. I can definitely feel my CNS fatigue. I definitely need to rest my body. I've been going hard these last few weeks in order to push through and shatter some PRs. Overall, I'm very happy with how things turned out. Today I weighed in at 212.9 LBs @ 16.1% Bodyfat. Meaning, I made a total of 16 lb gain and an estimated gain of 11lbs of muscle, and 5lbs of fat. A 2.2 : 1 Ratio of Muscle to fat. I am extremely happy with that outcome. On top of shattering some PRs and overall looking better than when I started. I'm slowly chipping toward to the physique that I'm striving for.


    Next coming weeks, I will be dropping down to 2750 calories and trying to find my maintenance. I'll likely be able to do a slight body recomposition and slowly transition myself over to a cut. I don't want to cut so quickly as I want my body to get acclimated to the new hard earned muscle that I've put on. Not sure If I'll continue logging. Perhaps, I will, but not as detailed and definitely not everyday for off-cycle. When I do come back on again, I will definitely do another detailed log like this.

    Probably a bit higher since these handheld units are pretty inaccurate. I'm gonna be getting a Dexa scan soon.

    Thanks for the input brother. No worries though. I'm in it for the long run. I'm in no rush to get lean, theres always next summer and many more after that. This is a marathon, not a sprint in time I will achieve my goal physique.
