Re-Introduction:
This is a continuation of my previous "lean bulking" log. I am currently on Week 7, Day 47 of my bulking cycle. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I've had to cut that cycle short and switch AAS sources. Since this is an emergency, I only have what is available on hand... Unfortunately, I do not have the same exact compounds as I was blasting on hand since I planned to save these for my next cycle. I will be running slightly different compounds.
Those that have seen my previous logs will know that I am an extremely meticulous person and will log everything in detail. This is so that I can go back at a future date and trace back how I was feeling, what I was doing, and what I was eating to achieve or not achieve certain results. These logs are a tool for not only holding myself accountable, but a journal of how I can improve myself based on experiences I have been through. Sometimes our memory is not always the greatest so having things written down in detail is crucial. Another reason I do this is for complete transparency on what I am taking. We're all just random screen names on a forum with no faces, I have nothing to hide nor lie about. This is my raw experiences.
Goals:
I just have one damn goal! Let's get fucking JACKED. Is that too much to ask for?
In all seriousness, I am looking to lean bulk. I want to sustain a sub 15% BF range while gaining muscle which I think is fairly achievable given the right circumstances.
Will it be easy? Nope.
Will it be worth it? Damn right it will be!

I'll be doing a modified form of Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. 4 days a week
For those of you who aren't familiar it's a powerlifting style program with progressive overload and some form of auto-regulation.
For my programming, it will be 5/3/1, in addition to that I'm adding a 5x5 First Set Last to the day's main compound movement as well as doing a staggered compound movement 5x10 Boring But Bigger along with additional bodybuilding accessory / isolation work. More details of this programming in Jim's books. Essentially it will be a Power-building Strength / Hypertrophy hybrid style of training.
