As I'm in my 40s I find it hard to build muscle and stay lean. I can easily put on a bunch of muscle, but my waist and titties grow just as fast. Below is my current stats and diet. Trying to put on mass while keeping waist tight/lean. Any opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

8oz of eggs whites
1 cup whole milk
Protein shake
Meal 2
9oz chicken breast
4oz brown rice
4oz mixed veggies
Snack
3 whole eggs
Meal 3
9oz chicken breast
4oz brown rice
4oz mixed veggies
Snack
Protein shake with 2 cup of whole milk
Meal 4
9oz chicken thighs
4oz white rice
4oz mixed veggies
This all equates to about 2,400 calories. 250p/160c/80f. Most every one says, you're on a bulk, eat more. That's no problem and I'll build muscle like crazy, but I can't keep my stomach tight eating more than this. Love handle city!
