Meal 2 6oz 90 lean cooked lean beef 1/3 cup rice
Meal 3 same
Meal 4 6oz 93 Turkey Veggie
Meal 5 Post workout 2 Scoop 1/3 rice
Meal 6 7oz Whitefish cooked

No dairy, only water bcaas with salt of under2500
Cheat Meal on Chest Day which replaces meal 5
CARDIO WALKING INCLINE SPEED 3.4 FOR 30
5 TIMES A WEEK
