Rest day from lifting

Acne is starting to increase a considerable amount on my chest and shoulders. I never actually wrote down the amount of time between coming off blast and relation to acne breakouts. This time ill obviously have an idea how long it takes to level back out. Gonna try to avoid Accutane as much as possible.

I almost always get a breakout first few weeks of cruise..your hormones are so unbalanced it's almost inevitable for me..usually after a few weeks when your levels stabilize..the acne "should" clear up a bit..I don't know about you but I usually break out first few weeks of cruise, then first few weeks of blast..it must have something to do with uneven levels from what I've heard..acne is a bitch tho....accutane works, but you have to run it quite a long time if you don't want acne to return..and I learned personally even if u run it for 5 months..the acne can come back..although it's much lighter for me now after I started blast again..but it can definitely come back..so choose your battles wisely..it comes with sides for sure..if you can find it or your doc will prescribe it..I suggest trying an antibiotic like doxycycline before even touching accutane...all in all..if you are prone to acne, AAS is a slippery slope if you don't want to deal with acne..kinda part of the price to play IMO..

Definately seems like the first few weeks of change ill get it. I usually end up getting some high percentage salicylic acid body scrub and benzoyl peroxide acne lotion and hit the tanning bed once or twice a week and it helps. I'm gonna see how it goes for a few weeks and try doxycycline if needed. I found some isotretinoin lotion a few months ago that worked pretty good but it was expensive and didnt last long. Seems like its just part of the territory. At least Accutane and doxycycline are pretty easy to get ahold of if needed. The accutane sides are pretty crazy that they list are possible! Ive been taking A lot of fish oil and recently switched brands im wondering if that's playing a part in it as well. My girl wont even touch the fish oil supps cuz she breaks out like a teenager lol. Ill take the blood pressure support from it and deal with some acne over walking around feeling like my heads gonna pop all day. Its like a balancing act with experimenting to find our personal sweet spot for everything. I gotta admit tho ive been feeling pretty damn good for the start of this cruise. Yep this is my 15th year in the biz. Switched to commercial a few years ago pays a little better and dont have to deal with homeowners.

Am cardio 30 min pushed it pretty hard for 20 min that Catharine has for sure made a difference

I think its,time to add some delts into my pin rotation my quads and glutes could use a little break just rammed thru some scar tissue it felt nice and crunchy.

Going to hit shoulders right now.

Started to subtract some more calories today. Got dizzy as fuck by noon think my blood sugar was low.

Gonna try keeping some gummy bears and eat a couple when it happens.

Switched brands of cardarine gonna be pissed if this one sucks cuz that shit,def helps .

10 min cardio distracted myself reading bullshit in a forum wrote replies then kept deleting them and decided my estrogen is high and to stop acting like a hormonal fucktard.

That being said I think legit a.I.s are harder to come by than anabolic compounds. Or I'm just a insane super converter that turns all testerone into a lump under my left nipple.

Felt like shit last couple days so i haven't been updating. Prob finally caught a cold or something ive been waiting for some sort of crash. Mental stress manifests itself into physical soreness and weakened immune system sometimes. Been sore from training from Tuesday which is unusual for me, i believe that may be the hormone crash I was waiting for. Start sunday off right with legs and food prep, also thinking about adding some hcg cuz my nuts are fucking tiny i realized its been about a year since i started trt. I don't think ill be able to regain naty test cuz,my levels were low prior to using, which was the main reason i started fuckin with it in the first place. Have a good sunday!

Thanks bro. Gonna just take the family out For some hibachi grill and eat a bunch of food! No more booz for me the b.b. lifestyle got its claws in me and no joke turned my life around. Ill def be logging the primo most likely just continue this but with more detail since its my first go with it. Havent decided all the specifics but t bol and test e will be in the mix. Tbol and primo are both first for me so ill prob add the oral in later on in the cycle so I can see how its all going one new compound at a time. Have a good weekend man thanks for following.

Stopped cardarine last week point. Of Diminishing returns was hit. Its ok for a boost I think source of how legit it is makes a difference cuz the second brand I tried was nothing like the first.

LOW. Dose eca for a subtle boost cuz i do feel like the fog is lifting.

My quads are actually still sore as fuck from friday. I love how fast i recover while blasting as compared to a more natural dose.

Gonna hit shoulders tris and core this afternoon.

Oh ya, "the cough"...I always heard it was just from tren..then sure enough on my first tren run I had it...It sucked ass..lasted a good 5min but felt like 10..was def seeing stars like bro mentioned.. then never got it again....until couple weeks ago when " not running tren"...got it from a pin of just test e...it was much milder then my tren experience but it was same non stop cough lasting maybe 2-3min... It sucks, but it can happen..it won't kill u, but it will wake your ass up..i make sure to always aspirate and push the oil in slow..also both times I got the cough was in quad injections, dunno if there's more veins their or what but I've switched to glutes and VG as main rotation .. now that you've had it, welcome to the club! You've had your cherry popped

Lol mine was quad too. I went a little lower than my normal spot. Im gonna try v.g. out next I wanna make sure my go to spots quads and glutes are all healed up and ready to go for my next blast. I tried felt for the first time Monday it wasn't bad at all. That g.c. test is pretty smooth. I realy haven't experience much pip at all with it.

Slacking on updates mostly not worth noting. Slipped a little on the diet and ate pizza last weekend. I believe the hcg may have spiked my e2 causing some acne.

Its almost time to add some primo. I'm making decent gains cruising so I'm prob gonna go a little longer before i add it. Ill prob still keep test low at first and see how it goes. Haven't decided on when to add t bol to the mix yet. Vials test e, i got in a habit of peeling the label cuz im paranoid of pieces of stopper floating in it then injecting it.

Alright so I can donate again it def makes me feel better. The place i go to has this bbw chick that ALWAYS manages to get me. To what do you attribute your drop in blood pressure?
Ive been doing alot of fasted cardio taking fish oil and cialis. As well as eating very clean I really think the fish oil has made a big difference tho. Ive tried all the b.p. related otc supps. Hawthorne celery carditone etc.
