    i can see I need a little sun.

    I do feel strength increase.

    your dosing is at 10mg daily correct? have you noticed any virilization effects thus far? anything out of the ordinary goin on?

    Yes 10 now. No, nothing out of ordinary. Strength up and endurance with cardio real good.

    The tools up above where you type, second from the right, it looks like a strip of film (or at least it does to those of us who are older and have seen a strip of film). Click it. Then insert the url of the video. If it is secured, take out the "s" from the url, e.g., https - take out the s.

    so there is no way to upload from my album on my phone? I use my phone to do video. They will be in my album.

    Try Go Advanced i the lower right hand corner and then manage attachments, but I do not know if video is a supported attachment. Valid file extensions: bmp gif jpeg jpg png

    Doing bikini division in the shows means I have to work hard on hams and glutes. They Judge mainly on that area in bikini. Of course the whole package had to look good but focus is there. So I work this about twice a week and any cardio revolves around that..... such as stair climber.

    Last night did a circut or 4 sets 15 reap each
    kettle ball swings 25 lb
    Bulgarian split squats holding 25 lb weight
    single leg dead lifts holding 25 lb weight
    then
    wrighted bridges with smith machine 140lbs 3 sets 12
    legs press 3 sets 15 270lbs
    hamsting curls 3 sets 12 55 lbs
    single leg squats body weight 3 sets 10

    My car has been totaled by a deer. My phone has been broke. Itís been a fun month. Itís all getting back on track now. Tbol doing good for me so far. My strength levels are up. My endurance with cardio is up. Seeing some gains. Iíll post progress pics soon.

    Went back to our old gym today. Someone commented on how good my upper body is looking. Said can tell Iím putting muscle on and getting ready to do another show.

    I worked shoulders, biceps and triceps today.

    Shpulder press 5 sets 12 reps 20 lbs dumbbells
    front raise with 25 lb weight 10 reps
    suoerset with front side raises with 15lb dumbbells
    did that for 3 sets
    upright rows 3 sets 12 60lb bar
    bent over fly 3 sets 12 15lb dumbbell

    preacher curls 40lb bar 3 sets 15
    inclime bench bicep curls 3 sets 12 20lbs
    hammer curls 3 sets 12 20lbs
    drag curls 3 sets 12 50lb bar

    skull crushers 3 sets 12 40lb bar
    cable tricep pulldowns 3 sets
    12 at 50 lbs
    tricept dips 3 sets 20 body weight
