Dropped my weights by 10-20lb and am really focusing on proper form and making sure I am activating the proper muscles. Slow controlled reps...Mind Muscle Connection.

Just finished up some Lower Loading/Upper Pump session this morning. Went well for the most part, tweaked my lower back on BB Squats but other than that all was good. Going to switch to Machine/Smith squats for awhile and see how that goes.

ED PIN would make a solid difference in my opinion.

Love it, although I would say at this dose things have seemed to have stalled a bit. Not much new happening. I would say 8 weeks is a good run for Trest without having to up the dose.

Are you planning on upping? Asking because I know you're pretty prone to estrogenic side effects.

Just gonna switch up compounds..think Ill keep Trest as my tool to use during "cruise"
