Good Morning Brother..life is good, currently doing my 25min Fasted Catdio on the Treadmill then hitting my first meal.

Trest is going great, just smooth cruising at this point..weight is going up and were looking good..Update pics Saturday..Ill be making a new thread talking about my feelings on Trest soon, probably later today....Hows things with you man?

Hahahah fuck you caught me...I usually either listen to Bodybuilding Motivational videos like Makaveli Motivation on Youtube...or put on some Hip Hop Beat Mixes from Youtube without vocals and just get into the beat....But i switch it up and throw in some Alice in Chains etc from time to time also. I have a wide variety of music I like...But yeah Ill start adding that into my training posts.

Upper Muscle Rounds "A" in the books. Great session, really focused in making sure I got proper activation in the Vhest, and the pump was awesome..were in the right track.

Pre Meal=50g Whey, 1 Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, 2 Tbs Natty PB

Session went as follows.

HS Flat Press 125ea Side×6*4, 4.5*4 dropped to 90 for 1.5*4(Finally found a good weight to start progressing from)
Stretch Push Up BW×6*4
Dead Stop DB Row 85×6*4,6*4(+5lb)
Stretchers 100×6*4(+10lb)
Rear Delt Destroyer 40*25
Face Pulls 90×6*4(+10lb)
Ez Curl 65×21's*3(+5lb)
Underhand Cable Ext 75×6*4(+5lb)

Today marks day 3...been pretty groggy and have had a headache all day..but should be on the upswing in another couple days 🤞🤞 Was drinking too much coffee throughout the day and well..was feeling addicted..so it was time to let it go..Ive quit before, but started again. Not this time, bye bye to caffeine for good, just another drug IMO.

Your meal prep is on point. Good for you. That’s the hardest part about any of this. Working out is the easy part it’s the other 22-23 hours that’s hard.

Morning Fellas, Happy Saturday. Another day to do what we love is a good day.

Hit Lower Muscle Rounds "A" this AM, was dragging ass pretty bad but got it all done and made some progress. Definitely ready for this Deload Week coming it, my body is telling me I need it...I feel like a pussy saying I need a break...BUT....Unless you really train hard you dont really understand how big of a toll it takes after awhile going 110% percent day in and day out trying to beat your last session each time.

Heres how it went

Smith Squat 235×6*4,6*4(+10lb)
Rom Spit Squat 60lb×6*4(+5lb)
Seated Leg Curl 140×6*4(+10lb)
Calf Raise UNI 95×20,20,20(+5lb)

All around a decent session still, but my body is feeling it.

Heres some Update Pics from this AM 213.7lbs which is 2 lbs heavier than yesterday, not sure how to explain that..but it is what it is. Didnt get my last meal in until later than usual so probably holding some extra fluid or some shit.

Your spot on bro...running 200mph takes a toll on your CNS and at a point, gets counterproductive to growth. Usually every 3 months, I'll take 3-4 days off and just chill. Maybe this would benefit you?

Yeah we are taking off until next Friday so about 5 days rest....should help reset and get ready to get after it again full throttle.

Agreed, If I was going in lifting the same weight each session and not pushing myself I could train everyday easy...when you really push it, the body will let you know its time for some rest...no doubt.

Looks like you quads are improving greatly. Can't really tell from those pics, but from what I can see they are starting to really come around.

Yeah forgot to pull my shorts up this morning when we took my pics, my bad there. But yeah they are definitely coming along, still got alot of work to put in..BUT we are on the right track for sure...Ill make sure to hike my shorts up next time lol. Thanks man!!..Still little chicken legs though lol

do you ever switch out the chicken for turkey?

One of my meals allows ground Turkey, so Ill do that sometimes. But Ill switch it out for Shrimp occasionally. Chicken is just the cheapest option so I use it most often.
