In a rush so took 8oz Chicken Breast with 60g Almonds and blended it into a shake. Easy peasy when you dont have time or dont feel like chewing Chicken.

First Muscle Rounds session is in the books. Was AWESOME..felt so good and got a crazy crazy pump.
Muscle Rounds are 6 sets of 4 reps with 5 deep breaths between sets....So...4 reps...hold the weight for 5 breaths..4 more reps..for 6 sets total...brutal in a good way.
Took a bit a figure the proper weight to use. Started too heavy at first....
Heres how it looked.
HS Flat Bench 2 sets of 6..135ea side for 5 sets then failed then 125 next round for the full 6 sets.

Dead Stop DB Row 2 sets of 6*4 80lb then 70lb
