First Lower Loading of the new routine is in the books. Fucking Brutal!!!..Legs are TOAST...Feels AMAZING.

Was too tired to post last meal yesterday...was 6oz 93/7 GB and 1.5 Cup Jasmine Rice.


Feeling good today..def sore from yesterday's session, which is a great feeling. Time to grow these twigs.

Swapping the routine a bit again to get things evened out from the snow day. Did lower loading yesterdsy so resting today and going in for upper and lower muscle rounds Sat and Sun...then back to the reg program Monday...Just cuz life throws some curve balls doesnt mean you cant adapt and work around it..

Have a good Friday fellas. Ill be here posting meals lol.

Game time .... 1ml Sust250 1ml Tren E 1ml Mast E...going in left lat.

Also Meal #1 was 2 Whole Eggs, Cup Whites, 3/4 Cup Oats blended and drank immediately when I woke up..was so hungry my stomach was hurting. Once you get used to having meals at a certain time if you dont your body will let you know...i.e Hunger Pains.

Just got the cough...havent gotten it in quite awhile. Pinned 3cc in my lat super fast like I always do and some must have gotten in a nearby vessle etc...no biggie.

Btw I always hear guys say ," pin slow or youll lump up etc etc" seems the opposite for me...when I push slow I have issues..I always push the plunger down as fast as I can.. 30seconds or so for 3ml...I feel the fast injection helps really push the oil deep and helps it move around instead of sitting in a puddle in the muscle....just my opinion and works for me.

Muscle Rounds are 6 sets of 4 reps with 5 deep breaths between sets....So...4 reps...hold the weight for 5 breaths..4 more reps..for 6 sets total...brutal in a good way.

Took a bit a figure the proper weight to use. Started too heavy at first....

Heres how it looked.

HS Flat Bench 2 sets of 6..135ea side for 5 sets then failed then 125 next round for the full 6 sets.
Stretcher Push Ups 4,4,4,4,4,4
Dead Stop DB Row 2 sets of 6*4 80lb then 70lb
Stretchers 80 4,4,4,4,4,4
Face Pull 60*4,4,4,4,4,4
EZ Curl 21's 40lb*3

Love them, smooth and can take alot of oil.
I did it a week and a half ago bc my lats are pretty big. 2ccs in each. Not gonna lie... Kinda brutal but also the first time pinning them.

Thanks man. Yeah kinda been up and down a little within a couple lbs..slow steady progress. Gotta keep pushing to add LBM and mininal fat..I could easily put on 20lbs fast if I wanted..but it wouldnt be all good weight lol
