Mid HS Row 205*8,8(+2,+2rep) 2 drops ea set
T Bar Row 180*8,8(+10lb) 2 drops second set
HS Flat Press(Smiths were full) 135 ea side* 10,10(+2,+2rep) 2 drops 2nd set
Cable Fly 85*10(+5lb)
Rev HS Shoulder 90*8,8(+10lb)1 drop ea set

Fucken eh...cant catch a damn break over here...really sorry for the lack of updates these past few days.

Lifes been throwing some curve balls and just been dealing with it. Missed training yesterday due to a family member being in the hospital,which has put alot of stress in everyone around here, top that with mininal sleep and being in Tren..good times.

Either way the grind doesnt stop..just gotta slow down for the speed bumps. Hoping to make it in to train today, will check back.

Yeah we are slowly growing, trying to grow muscle and keep fat at a minimum...Not gonna lie, havent been 100% with my diet..gotta buckle down and get dialed in again.

Gotta get these legs and chest to catch up to the party.

Thanks man actually ended up getting locked up and had no access...was off for about 6 weeks if I remember correctly. Felt like straight shit.
